Part 6

Jades POV

I am not a monster. I shook my hands and dried them on my jeans. There were infected with red eyes crawling on their hands and feet, really quickly, like a dog. I completely forgot that my mams car was parked in the garage. I ran over to where my mam and dads dead bodies were and shook their clothes around, I shook my mams pocket and car keys fell out. I grabbed them and ran over to Jake, two red eyed infected were coming towards the car, I yelled at Jake and threw the keys at him...and he cought them.

Jakes POV

Once I got them I put the keys into the handle of the door, opened the car door and jumped in. A body of a red eyed infected got flung onto the car, it cracked the window and I was terrified. When the body slumped off the car, standing there behind it was Laura. She blushed and looked down. She couldnt of killed that, shes too small and weak. I opened the car door and grabbed both Laura and Jade and got them into the back of the car. I jumped into the front and locked the car, infected's were everywhere so I started the engine. There were infected everywhere, and some were even crawling all over this car and smuthering there black blood all on it. I reversed out of the garden and ran over some of the infected, after reversing out of the garden I started driving forward and we were off...

*after a long drive*(3 hours long)

Jades POV

"Are we there yet" I said groggly, only waking up from my lovely nap.

"Nearly, but umm were going aldi" Said Jake looking at me through the rear mirror.

I laughed queitly and felt something shuffle on my lap, I laughed even harder when I seen that Laura was lying, snoring, on my lap. I shoved her to the other side of the car and she yawned going back to sleep. I turned over and hopped into the front to sit beside Jake. "hey theres aldi" I said pointing to a massive sign that said aldi just around the corner. Jake nodded and drove that way.

 *arriving at aldi*

We got out of the car and started stretching our muscles to loosen up. I started walking over to aldi, with my bat swinging beside by my right leg, with Laura and Jake behind me. I passed three cars and I took a closer look at one of them, it was a brown megane with blood splattered all over it. There was an infected sprawled out on the drivers seat. I looked away and kept on walking towards aldi. I ran up to the double doors of aldi and tried opening them, but failed miserably. Jake and Laura came up and helped me, we put all our pressure in opening the door and cranked it open. I quickly ran in and Jake and Laura fell forward into aldi. The door flung shut in an instant and it echoed through the store. I looked at Laura and she looked fine. She swept the dust off her knees and bum and started looking at the aisles. I suppose just sitting here wont do any good so I got up and walked over to the first aisle. It was a food aisle, as I was picking up a bag of crisps I heard a growl and then a scream followed by many other screams. They sounded awfully familuar. I grabbed my bat and headed for the sound. I got so angry with what I seen. "DONT YOU DARE TOUCH MY BROTHER" I screamed running up to the first infected I saw and smashing its head in.
