Chapter 59

Next morning was not easy for everyone but yet they somehow sent her with small faces and longing eyes.

Avni went on with a heavy heart. The family knew that there is nothing much what they can do except just to go ahead and wait for her to comeback.

On the other end Ayesha had started throwing her tantrums and soon she was also been told where her limits are.

There Amruta too had made things harder for Avni. She had almost found the one who had been responsible for the accident and also the next attack but just as she was about to take him to the van , she was been attacked.

The entire team fought throughout to help with arrest but they were many in number and hence open fire started. Since Avni knew that he is the boss and cannot be left so she fired at him as defence . He was killed in this and that did not go well with them and they started firing against her. Soon she was been caught by them and they started to open fire on the team.

The other police team were on the way yet and Avni knew that this time she will have to take the risk.

She quickly barred the team members with the side door so they get some cover.

After that she hid behind a car to get the cover . She started to fire at them one by one. She along with the team members were giving them a tough time but as they were outnumbered they were loosing their strength.

There Avni was trying her hard to go ahead and kill them so as to not get any further damage. She was the only one exposed and actually under the radar.

She had tried to maintain her best focus. She was about go ahead as she knew there was only one who was there on the way and as she was about to pounce on him and kill. She was been fired from behind.

She killed the one on whom she pounced but then when she turned to look who actually shot her. As she moved she was shocked to see that an officer from her team was there. The officer was soon caught and cross fired in defence and killed however Avni had been shot on the back. She tied the cloth on the wound and asked others to continue while she too started doing the same.

She had been weak cause of blood loss and also pain but she stood there until her bullets ended. Now she was without the gun and she tried to quickly get one for herself but before that she was been attacked again by the knife on the hand.

She started to stand up inspite the pain and give them a fight but she was been covered by their group.

She was about to be shot when the team arrived and tackled them.

The bullet wound and so the one on her hand had drained a lot of blood that she lost her consciousness and was been taken to hospital.

There was a lot of commotion and blood loss with bodies on the attack area. People were scared to the hell and the entire thing got captured on the news.

As soon as the family came to knew they rushed to the hospital.

The doctors had informed that the bullet had damaged her lungs and they were trying to first stop any internal bleed if she had.

Technically in other words that she was brought in very bad condition.

The family were in shock and was just praying for her speedy recovery except one. She was praying to God for some good miracle and she would not wake up only.

There Neil too was very anxious about her state. He was sad and also had tears in his eyes but since he could not show that to anyone he left towards the secluded corner but Harleen went there made him realize that ultimately when he was denying to believe in love now has been himself the victim of it.
