(Gillian's p.o.v)

"Shit." I said as I saw Lori and Shanes's car go past the light that I was currently stuck at due to it turning red.

"Another thing that's your fault. You were too slow and now you got left behind." my father's voice taunted me.

"shut up. I didn't get left behind, ill just call them," I spoke to the voice in my head as I reached over to my small bag, rummaging around in it for a couple of moments.

"Stupid girl," he spoke as I remembered

"I left it in their car," I said as my eyes widened. "Dammit!" I yelled as I slammed my palms against my steering wheel.

"Scuse me, have you seen a woman, black hair, blue-green eyes, she in her thirty's, names Gillian?" I asked, stopping an old man that had been walking back to his R.V.

"No I'm sorry I haven't, is she your sister?" he asked me curiosity all over his face.

"Sister-in-law actually. She's my husband's sister. I guess we lost her on the way here. She was taking another car." I rambled to him. He nodded looking around, seeing Shane sitting on top of the hood of the car.

"Is that your husband?" he asked pointing over to Shane. I chuckled.

"No, that's his best friend. My husband died today," I told him with a sad smile on my face. I could feel tears coming up to my eyes as I thought about it. he frowned look back at me.

"Oh. I'm sorry to hear that. You know my wife died a few years back. Name's Dale Horvath, it's a pleasure to meet you." He told me, sticking his hand out for me to shake. I quickly took his hand a shook it, offering him a tight-lipped smile.

"Lori grimes," I told him quickly, my mind wandering back to Gillian, he smiled at me as he saw me looking around just hoping for my eyes to meet Gillian's blue-green ones.

"why don't you call her?" he suggested to me. I frowned, I had tried that earlier only to find her phone in the cup holder of my car.

"No, she left her phone in my car by accident," I informed him, frowning a bit.

"Oh, I'm sorry I don't really have any more ideas. If I see her ill let you know. I gotta get back to own two girls back in my R.V. I'd be surprised if they haven't torn down the walls already." He joked, placing his hand on my upper arm. "I'm sorry about your husband, Lori." He told me giving my arm a light squeeze.
