All Might: The Number One Hero

-10 minutes earlier-

A battle-hardened Rajang walks around the piles of trash at Takoba Municipal Beach Park. The curious fanged beast picks up a broken refrigerator and tries to place it in a pile but a whistle was heard.

"Wukong, don't help the young boy. He needs to clean up by himself. You are here to help him train." A skeletal blonde man said in large baggy grey sweats said as he walked to the Rajang. The Rajang places it down and strolls to the man.

The man smirks when his body expands. The sweats tightly press against his body as his muscles and height change. The number one hero, All Might. All Might chuckles as he picks up his Rajang. Laughing as the fanged beast tries to apply its weight down but is trapped in the bear hug.

"You are the very essences of kindness and heroism, my old friend. I'm glad I took that call to China to help them. I wouldn't have met you if I didn't go." He said with a big smile, but he soon heard footsteps. Izuku's feet hit the sand and made a full sprint towards the two.

"Hey! I'm sorry I'm late. Had to see my friend first cause I didn't see him at school." Izuku said as he finally got to their location. The Rajang was brought back down and the battle-hardened fanged beast wraps his hands on the small green hair boy. Lifting him up and giving Izuku a toothy grin.

"I missed you too, Wukong! I have your favorite treats In my bag." Izuku said with a cheery smile and saw how much Wukong liked the idea of having Inko's chocolate mochi.

"Midoriya, you don't have your bag on you." All Might said which made Izuku grow pale. His workout clothes were in there with the mochi. The rajang places the boy down and turns his head in the direction where Izuku came from. All Might turn back to his skinny form with blood coming out. "We aren't alone."

The fanged beast jumps into the air and dives bombs in front of Ryuji. Letting out a low growl to not attract attention. The Rajang grabs a hold of Ryuji and forces the bag from his hand out of his grip. Ryuji was tossed aside into a bush and facing the fanged beast upside down. He watched as the monster carefully opened the bag and pulled out a chilled box.

"Huh, that explains why it was cold on my back," Ryuji said as he stands back up. Rajang's scars were familiar until he heard his friend.

"Ryuji! Why are you here?!" Izuku said as he ran with the skeletal man to their location.

"You left your bag. And I should be the one asking questions here. Who is this guy and why is there a Rajang here?!" He said as he tried to figure out the answer before Izuku answered.

Izuku mumbles to himself trying to figure out a proper response but All Might knows about Ryuji. Izuku talked about him a lot and how he wants to be a hero with his childhood friend. Deep down, something is telling him to trust him too. He expands his body out and offers the black-suited boy a heroic smile before he deflated. Ryuji was shocked and stammering to figure out what is going on.

Izuku shakes his head after All Might revealed himself. Questioning All Might why he did that.

"As you said, kid, you trust him with everything and you wanted to see him first before training knowing you would be late. So, he should know sooner than later. Plus, it's hard to explain why Wukong is here when he is supposed to be hiding." All might say as he glares at his Rajang who was eating the chocolate mochi. "You said your mother made them?"

"Yea, mom makes the chocolate mochi. I don't know what she adds to them to make Wukong love them so much. I guess it's better than eating Kirin horns." Izuku said as he watches Wukong lick the box clean.

"Don't want those mochi out when I am with him. Hate to have my partner run off because of his sweet tooth." All Might said with a chuckle and gestured to the boys to follow with Wukong trailing behind them. The fanged beast has Midoriya's bag in his hand while he follows. Midoriya went to change into his sweats behind a pile of garbage while All Might sits with Ryuji on the beach wall.

"I am putting my trust into children. For what has happened tonight, you will not tell others about what you know." The number one hero said and looked at Ryuji.

"I don't see a need to say the number one hero is weakened. I don't know if you are like the heroes in the comics with a secret identity or a fight made you like this. I don't want to know; I know enough to keep my mouth shut. Are you the reason why Midoriya said to trust him as he can be a hero too?"

"Yes, I can help him be a hero, but I won't go into detail. He will be strong, though. He has much to learn." All might say as he looks down as Wukong gently tugs on the same broken refrigerator while Midoriya tries to pull it.

"If you are able to awaken his hidden potential, I will like to see what he can do. You need a quirk to fight a villain or a monster, unlike the games. We have the power to shape the world. For better or worse, a hero is always needed in this world of monsters and hunters." Ryuji said as he watched his friend move the trash around. "Can't I help him?"

"No, he must do it quirkless... I uh." All Might starts to stutter out his next reply but Ryuji laughs at him. "Hey, you are just like Izuku!"

All Might looks at Ryuji cracking up and his mind starts to play a memory. A younger David Shield sitting beside him, laughing at him while they sit by the beach. All Might smiles as he looks at Ryuji and places his hand over The young boy's shoulder. "Never let your friendship with him die. Treasure it like it was your last."

"You bet your number one ranking I will! It's so cool that All Might is the mentor of my best friend!" Ryuji says and gets off the wall and rushes to his friend. Tackling him down and placing him in a headlock. Midoriya starts to flail around as Ryuji starts to laugh. "Promise me we will be best friends even after you're the number one hero. Promise me, string bean!"

"Yes! I will! Why are you always violent with me?! I am not a punching bag! I'm your brother!" Izuku said as he flailed.

"This is tough love! You need combat training, too! I will train your ass with my clan! Tomorrow is Sunday and we are going hunting!" Ryuji said with a smirk but heard All Might coming to them in his buff form.

"No, I think it's better you two have some combat training much later. He has much more to learn before he is prepared to hunt." Picking the two up to separate them. "In due time, he will be ready to hunt."

All might place the two down and smile as he instructs Midoriya to continue to train until 11 pm. Ryuji took Midoriya home after he calledhis parents that he will be staying with his friend.

The door opens to Izuku's apartment and his mother, a short round woman with a cheerful smile, appears in front of them.

"Oh, Ryuji! I was wondering why he was late today. Wonderful to see you were beside him. Please come in, you should spend the night. I will call your parents." Inko Midoriya offers but Ryuji explains that he did that before arriving. Ryuji heads to Midoriya's room while Inko goes to prepare the futon bed for him.

The night was unmemorable but the two talked and had fun. Days had become months before the beach was almost clean. Ryuji took Izuku to the Hida region to hunt after many hours of training.

Large carts reinforced to withstand attacks, guarded by two Magnamalos. The carts were pulled by bullfango that were domesticated to be like workhorses and guard dogs. In the first cart, Ryuji and Izuku stare at each other talking about the hunt ahead. In the middle cart, Ryuji's father and Older brother Akira with some clan men waited. The final cart in the caravan is supplied for the hunt.

"Wow, I can't believe All Might allowed you to take me on a hunt. This is so cool. I always wanted to see the embodiment of the Kamaitachi in person! The Great Izuchi, the whirlwind of terror." Izuku says as he pulls out his notes and studies them thoroughly again.

Ryuji looks down at his iron dual blades and sighs as he looks at Izuku. "You will be getting a sword and shield for now. It's best you have some sort of protection. Get the armor we gave you and wear your decorations. In no time, we will be hunting this Kamaitachi Wyvern." He said with a smirk and look out the window. The heavy forest starts to clear up, and the caravan enters the Ruin Shrines.
