Vivid images flooded her mind. Making her break into a sweat and twist in her bed. Everything from her life was re-lived, and she couldn't escape. Though after a few minutes she shot up in her bed, tears running down her face, but this was not new.

"One night... one god damn night please, Pitch." She placed her head in her hands. "I don't know why you can leave me alone to my own thoughts for one night." She looked up to a dark corner of the room.

"I just want to remember...." He said quietly.

"... I know. But just give me a night alone please. I already have enough stress I don't need anymore." She flopped back onto her bed. The dark man watched as tears fell out of her eyes, and he felt guilty. After all he was the reason she had to relive everything whenever he wanted. He opened his mouth to say something but stopped himself and fled into the darkness.

"I know we have our differences but this is bigger than all of us. I need your help." Pitch begged the Guardians.

"Why would we help you?" North's deep voice asked.

"Because the whole world is at risk. I may have tried to infect their dreams but this will end all of them." He was desperate and they could tell.

"Okay. We will help." Jack's voice sounded and everyone nodded.

A crow flew away from a window that it was perched on, watching their discussion. It flew back to its master.

"Perfect. The team all together." Her pale hand stroked the crows feathers as her black eyes stared ahead, plotting how to take them down.

In a moment of weakness Jack had broken through her dark circle of death. He saw her standing there with a wicked grin on her face. He called out for her, gaining her attention. When she heard her name she looked over at him and the scared girl inside her took hold for a second. In that second Jack saw her pure black eyes go away and saw her scared green ones look at him.

"I'm scared, Jack!" She yelled out to him before her face contorted into one with a large grin and poison filled eyes. Her eyes turned black and her powers increased, kicking him out of her circle. When he was thrown out and landed a few feet away for the Guardians, they quickly rushed to his side helping him up. He was a bit disoriented but when he saw Pitch staring at the darkness he was filled with rage.

"What did you do to her? Who is she and why is she so important to you?" He yelled at the tall man.

"Her name is Morrigan. I usually call her Morry though. She's my little sister, and I made her like this." Pitch said. Tooth gasped at the thought of Pitch having a soft side. "Before I became this I had a family. My parents, me and her, and we were close. But when I changed I had no memories, only pain and loneliness. As my life continued I felt drawn to her, her dreams were so strong and she didn't need my help to make them dark. But I still did because it felt good, like she was giving me life. It didn't take long for me to find out that she was my own sister though. She had a nightmare about the night I left, she was in tears all night and I comforted her in a strange way. But her mind grew darker and darker, and it didn't help that I was in her mind looking for memories but I needed to remember. About a week ago she woke up in tears from a nightmare. She told me how she wanted everything to stop, to be able to have silence because the voices in her head were too loud.... She started to scream and yell at me and then this darkness seeped out of her and encased everything near her." Pitch looked from the swarming black mass to the group of Guardians. Everyone took in the story in silence until Tooth said something.

"She's broken......"
