I woke up with a bright smile feeling his raising chest. I looked up and heard him mumbling a good morning in his morning voice. He gave a light peck on my lips before snuggling into my arms.

"I'm not going to work today." He told in his baby like voice. I swear it was deeper just a few seconds back.

"And why is that?" I asked him.

"I wanted to be with you this whole day."

"Won't the hyungs be wondering where we were last night."

"Don't mind them. They will understand that we had a lot to catch up on." He smirked.

"If you say so." I said playful smile tugging at my lips.

"Kookie, how about we visit the hospital?"

He raised his head to look at me, "Do you really want to?"

"Now I think about it you were right. I should visit myself."

"Or you realised you shouldn't feel jealous to yourself." He smirked at me.

"Ahem. Jealous. Me. You must be dreaming sweety."

"I know you very well, but since you are cute I will let it slide." He exclaimed squishing my cheeks. I smiled widely at him for his 'consideration'.

"I miss Ji Yoo. I wanna see her."

"She has summer break now. Then let's go after breakfast, shall we?" I nodded.

We headed downstairs. All were waiting for us to join. There were egg toast sandwich and tofu on the table. When they saw him they all started to serve the food one by one as I waited beside Jungkook's chair.

"So, Kookie what were you doing yesterday? We didn't see you at all." Jimin asked with a playful smile.

"I- I was with Ara, hyung." Great he stuttered, I thought to myself.

"I guess you had a lot to talk, we didn't see her either." Jin wasn't planning to let it go.

"Like you guys could see me." I scoffed making Jungkook chuckle.

"You know, for a 'silent' person she's annoyingly loud." Suga supported from the other end.

"She's cute, I like it when she does that." Hobi chimed.

"Hello guys I'm right over here, listening to all this." I waved at them only to make Jungkook supress a laugh again.

"I'm hundred percent sure she will be doing weird actions right at our face now." Namjoon glared looking at the invisible air. Totally not where I'm standing.

Taehyung started imitating the 'weird actions' Namjoon mentioned, shortly joined by Jimin.

"How about we buy icecream for her?" Jungkook suggested. We were on our way to the hospital. I nodded. He parked the car to the side road and got off from the car.

"I will be right back." He said before turning to cross the road to the shop. The shop was nearby so it was okay for me to stay in the car as the distance between us wasn't that far.

It's been about 5 minutes since he left, so I got off from the car to get some air. It was so calm and there were not that many people. I looked around as the sudden breeze hit my face giving me a cool shiver. How I wish I could remember my past and about Ji Yoo. I love that kid and her cheerful spirit.

"Ouch". I rubbed my feet quickly. I hit a rock on the road. I can't believe I used to juggle with knives like it was nothing. Now even a pebble could hurt me. Luckily there is no blood in my system.

I turned around and saw him waving at me excitedly crossing the road. Atleast someone's happy. It was a good thing that no one was around or else they might have thought he is nuts.

But happiness never prevails like we wishes for.

Next thing I saw was a huge truck speeding in his direction. He didn't even get enough time to register what he just saw. In a split second I found myself in between the vehicle and him as a white radiant force flashed through my hands to the truck stopping it in its tracks. The headlight was all shattered on the road and the bumper was destroyed from the immense force. I turned to see Jungkook frozen still on the road as both his hands covered his eyes from the blinding light.

I pulled him away from the road to a more secluded spot so that no one can see what just happened. He wasn't recovered from the shock. He was shivering. I tried to calm him down and placed my hands on his shoulders. He flinched when I touched him, I was taken aback. I took back my hands not wanting to scare him. He might be scared of me, he has never seen something like this, neither have I. The power I projected today was hundred folds more than what I did when helped that kid from her father.

Suddenly an ear splitting ringing made me crouch down to the floor. It felt like my ears were bleeding. My insides churned at the pain. The buzzing was increasing as each seconds passed by. I curled up on the ground as tears stained the ground when everything went black.
