The sunni method is where you visualize being in your DR;
There are 2 steps to the Sunni method,
the 1st step you can do anytime,
the 2nd step is supposed to be before you fall asleep.
For the first step, of you are sitting down on a chair, close your eyes and feel like you're in your Dr/wr.
"How Do I Feel Like I'm in My DR/WR?"
This is a question that's asked a lot,
So you know when you're in a hospital and you close your eyes you still know that you're in a hospital. You know you're in a hospital because of the atmosphere of the hospital, the smell of the hospital, the sounds of the hospital THE OVERALL FEEL OF THE HOSPITAL.
Now I want you to lie or sit down and close your eyes
Imagine that you are in your Dr (you don't need to visualize at all for this) it may take a while but really focus on it. Once you get he feeling that you're in your Dr, memorize the atmosphere and amplify it. When you feel like you're in your Dr, it shouldn't feel like you're just visualizing it or that it's all up in your head, you have to physically feel like you are, for example, sitting in your bedroom in your Dr. You GENUINLY have to feel like you are there.
You can do step 1 anytime you want, I recommend at least doing it once every 30 minutes if you have the time. All you need to do is close your eyes and feel like you're in your Dr/wr for a minimum of 17 seconds (or more) it's that easy.
Step 2 is performed before sleeping, in which you lie down and get in a comfortable position (I recommend not moving) and then closing your eyes and VISUALIZING a scene in your Dr, as you're visualizing that scene also FEEL like you are there. Now repeat affirmations that you will shift or whatever you prefer. Once you're done, repeat until you fall asleep. The scene should be a short scene so that you can repeat this step multiple times, you need to have a clear mindset and you really need to focus.

So you are tricking your mind into believing that you are in your Dr, the feeling portion is to REALLY make your mind FULLY believe that you are there.
By doing this, your subconscious and conscious mind will over time (not that long) start believing that your Dr is where you're supposed to be, so your subconscious and conscious mind will be in your Dr while your body is still here until you fully shift.
Since your mind is in your Dr, you're frequancies are there aswell, making shifting a million times more easier. All you need to do is just use the method before bed and wake up to your Dr!
The main thing Abt all of this is the atmosphere. without being able to really memorize the atmosphere of your Dr/wr you won't be able to feel like you're there and trick your mind into thinking you are there.
