put on subs and lay down in a comfy position. now count to 100 slowly, to make it easy 1 breath = 1 number. focus on your breathing. now when your done visualise your CR self standing in a river, really feel it. now look into the water and see your DR/WR self. look at them carefully. now feel something or someone pushing you face first into the water, feel the water. while you submerging feel all your worries from your CR fading away. now affirm until you fall asleep and you should wake up there.
