His hands are warm, very warm, in fact I am beginning to warm up myself. Maybe just maybe we could get married one day. Ya, that sounds nice. I would like to marry Gray someday. I do love him and he does love me, I think he does anyway. Hmm. Well it doesn't matter for now I suppose. No, it doesn't matter at all. I forgot. Gray is going to die soon. "What are you thinking about sweetie?" Gray says stopping.
"Love." I say tugging for him to keep walking.
"Ooh, love is a difficult subject. Very complex indeed." He says walking on with me now.
I nod. "What do you want to know about love?" Gray laughs.
Gray seems to read my mind all the time. I never understood how he ever did it. "Love is not spelled by me, Ares."
I look at him confused. "Come on. Let's go inside there get some fries and ice cream. We can discuss what I mean, well I can tell you what I mean." Gray smiles.
His fVe in the dim blue light of the moon is sweet and warming like the hot fudge on this cold windy ice cream if a night.

"One large fry and two vanilla soft serves. Please and thank you." gray says with a smile and a wink.
"Your getting taller Gray." I say looking up to his cool gray eyes.
"Haha, I know. I look sixteen years old. Yet I am only going to be fourteen next month." Gray says feeling his face like it wasn't there before.
I laugh and grab his arm. "Next month huh? What day? We can have a party with Thing at the park."
Grays smile fades. He looks down at me, I smile a little. He smiles back a sugary smile and inspects my face with slow eyes. "Your ord- oh my look at eyes!" The McDonalds clerk says staring into his eyes mystified.
"Thank you. I get it from the moon my mother says. Grand thing how even more than just the world around us shapes our lives. It's almost like the universe was built just for us. It was engineered to be questioned and even doubted." Gray says staring back.
"Ya... Eerie." The clerk says not moving out of his eyes.
"It's almost like someone made it. I know this might sound crazy but I just know that someone made this. I mean not the store or anything on the Earth but the Earth and the entire galaxy at that! All the power in it. I mean who first made anything out there. My answer: God. Christ. He had too. I mean think about it we were created out of bacteria and n the sea and eventually became human and all but who was it that even made the first stars. Who made those elements? None other than Christ himself. " Gray says.
"Wow. I never thought of it that way." She says back.
I see now. Gray did all of that to plant a seed. To plant the seed of Christ in a non believer. I envy you Gray. Congratulations.

"Love was created by the almighty. Not me. I have my ideas about love but no one fully understands the true meaning. We can't even grasp the concept of truth for that matter! I believe when the time comes you will find your true love. The one God designed for you."
"What about you?" I ask Gray worried.
He laughs a little and takes my hand. "Ares, you are my love."
I smile. "I am going to die happy and innocent. I have never had sex and frankly don't want to. All I need is my love. For a while I was scared I wouldn't find it before I died but then God reassured me that he has everything under control. In fact he was sending her right away. The day we met was the day I realized I would die knowing I have found my true love. Can you believe it Ares? Love. For a sinner like me. A dead man. Yet God has already given me the woman I am to love. You don't love me like I love you. You can't. I am not your true love. But you are mine. Complicated I know but that's the way it is."
My face goes red and I look down at his hand. I look back up at his face that is now blushing red. Gray chokes a little. Then blood drips slowly from his mouth. "GRAY!"
He coughs up more blood ten his nose begins to bleed, his eyes go blood shot. "NO!" I get up and run to him. Holding his head back. "Ares." He says.
"No! No. No." I yell
"Ares," he touches my face and smiles his sugar smile "wake up."
"Ares! Christ all mighty its ok. It's ok." Gray wraps his arms around me. Thing sits up. "It's ok Ares. were right here. It was just a dream."
My heart drops and I begin to sob. Gray kisses my head. Thing moves to me and hugs me. Putting his face next to mine allowing me to cry into his shoulder while gray continues to kiss and whisper to me. "It's ok Ares." He sniffles. "I am right here."
I felt that Gray knew what I dreamt about. Gray was connected to us. In a way I could never understand. Gray was in our minds in our hearts. He was an angel. A Gray angel. One sent to teach us and shape us into the carriers of the truth and love. I know now, because of Gray, love is not spelled by me.
