Meet The Z Team (10k/z nation fanfic

Zombie Hoard

I tried to scream but nothing came out but a mumble. A hand was over my mouth. I squirmed and tried to wiggle free from the tight grip around my stomach but they we to strong.

They whipped me around. I took that chance to push away. I stumbled back and fell. I looked up quickly to see that it was 10k shushing me. I turned to see the Z's haven't noticed me yet and took his hand as he helped me up.

He lead me back to where Doc was waiting for us. "We have to go find the others. They might have Murphy and your sister," doc whispered as he nodded to me at the word of my sister. I nodded bad as my heart fluttered.
We jogged towards an intersection which led to the street that the others had checked. 10k checked around the corner to see if there were any Z's. He turned to us and indicated that there were 2 zombies aimlessly wondering around. Doc followed 10k out towards them as I trailed behind.

As soon as the Z's were given mercy, the three of us ran up to the next intersection as we looked around the corner, we could see Addy and Mack surrounded by zombies. They were fighting them off but if we don't help, they won't make it.

10k aimed his his rifle and shot a round off. At that sound I began to run. I don't know what I was thinking but all I knew was to kill the Z's. I had my dagger out and was stabbing every zombie in the head that came to. One Zombie snuck up be side me, causing me to drop my dagger. I struggled for a few seconds before a gun went off from behind me. The zombie fell to the ground as my ear rang from the sound of the gun. I turned to see Doc, "you can thank me for that later." We all continued to fight the Z's off until there were no more attacking. We all pant from being out of breath. With out a minute to think I turn to Addy, "The truck got over run! We don't know if Murphy and Mel are still there but it's completely surrounded my Z's."
Addy frowned at me, "we know. We were there. We saw the Z's there so Mack and i distracted some of them while Warren and Cassandra tried getting your sister and Murphy out."

My heart began to pound and panic filled my face, which Mack noticed, " Willa don't worry. Your sister is ok. She's with Warren and Cassandra a couple of blocks down the road," Mack comforted as he pointed down the street where a man was walking towards us. It was Murphy. We walked with ignorance and over confidences. I was furious with him as I walked up to him. "Where is my sister!" I yelled at him. I was pissed and he could tell, "what the hell happened?"

"Calm down there missy, your sisters fine. There were a few Z's surrounding the truck, so what," Murphy muttered with ignorance. I boiled as I sprung at him but 10k grabbed me to hold me back. His touch gave me shivers.
"I'm sorry if that's what your looking for," Murphy smirked.
