Chapter Seven

*Tony's pov*

Three days, she has been missing for three days and I can't stop beating myself up for not finding her yet. The mark appeared last night, right in the middle of my chest, it burned when I touched it but I always got images of Crystal whenever I accidently brushed it.

I've spoken to Peter and he told me about S.H.I.E.L.D taking her away, the explosion wasn't her and I have proof. I've been having Happy keep an eye on her and she was in Peter's room all morning, as much as I hate her being in the kid's room, I'm glad she wasn't alone.

"Mr Stark, Miss Romanoff is here to see you" J.A.R.V.I.S tells me and I sigh, it better be important.

"Let her in" I say and I close the files I had hacked into to use to try and find Crystal.

"Where is she?" Nat says angrily as she comes in and I look at her in surprise.

"And why would you be concerned with the kid's disappearance?" I raise an eyebrow to hide the grimace I'm fighting off, Crystal is anything but a kid, I just didn't see it in time.

"Don't start Tony, I know you have the mark too" She glares at me as she shows me the angel mark on her neck, it's the exact same as mine.

"S.H.I.E.L.D took her" I say after a moment of silence. "They think she caused the explosion downtown"

"Have you talked to Fury?" She asks, crossing her arms to try and hide the anger.

"He won't answer, Peter is out scouting possible areas she can be in but we can't find her" I turn back to the computer and show her the file I found. "I found this file a few minutes ago, it seems to be talking about her but there isn't much there."

"Wow they really don't like her" Natasha remarks as she finishes reading the file. I make a noise of agreement as I continue trying to hack into S.H.I.E.L.D. but I'm not getting very far.

"We need to get her out" I say quietly, worry obvious in my voice.

I feel so useless, I'm iron man yet I can't even save one person?

"It's time to bring the Avengers back together"

*Crystal's pov*

"You know I don't really appreciate the clothes" I call out to an empty cell but I know they can hear me.

They made me change into these awful grey clothes which I was not happy about, then to make it worse they tried to take my necklace. As if I was going to let that happen.

"Miss Waters I would suggest thinking about co-operating, answer our questions and tell us how to cure the agent you bit" Nick Fury's voice came over the intercom and I sit up in surprise, I feel so special.

"I liked the cat, he was cute." I just say simply with a small grin on my face.

"Do it" I hear him say. I frown, slight fear going through my body.

Gas starts to come into the room and I back up against the wall trying to get away from it but I know that will never work. My vision starts to get blurry as I hear someone come into the room, I look up at them groggily and I see it's Grant Ward.

Of course it's him, the bastard.

"Hang on she's not fully unconscious yet" He warns the other agents and I panic as he crouches down next to me. He takes my chin in his fingers and turns it from side to side, I feel so weak. His voice lowers so the others can't hear him "Such a pretty thing, it's a shame really"

That's when I lose consciousness.

*Third Person pov*

"We worked out that she has some sort of werewolf DNA inside of her so Agent Ward thought the herb wolfsbane would be successful in knocking her out, and it seems he was correct in his theory. We have put a collar on her that should control her powers but this does not mean she is harmless, we still need to treat her will the highest caution"

*Crystal's pov*

"I'm Klaus Mikaelson, my brother Elijah is over there in the suit. That is Damon Salvatore and his friend Enzo. The one who shoved that git is Jeremy Gilbert and last but not least is that fella over there, Kai Parker. Watch out for him, he's the most likely out of all of us to kill you within five minutes of knowing you."

"W.I.C.K.E.D is not good"

"Kai, Enzo and Klaus almost killed everyone. Damon broke several of that Gally boys bones and Jeremy set some things on fire"

"It seems that the mate bond has done more than well create a bond. Newt now has the speed, strength, healing properties and agility of a vampire plus he has control over earth and water."

I gasped awake as I watched several marks appear on my body, they all had a different image and I felt all tingly whenever I touched them. What do they mean?

I go to sit up when I feel something yank me back the neck, once I've finished coughing I feel a thick heavy metal collar on my neck. It seems similar to the ones I saw in that tv show 'The Gifted'. I try to use my powers to get it off but I cry out in agony when high electric jolts are shot out of my body, I feel blood drip down my face and I lean against the wall, trying to suppress tears.

Someone find me soon.

"Merlin we're in a musical" Harry breathed out in shock as he heard people singing, it was his worst nightmare.

"Are they alright in the head?" Draco asks in confusion and Elijah just frowns at the noise he is hearing.

"I don't understand the point of the singing" Elijah mutters and Harry just shakes his head in sadness.

"There isn't one"

*Tony's pov*

"Mr Stark, I've found the location!" Peter comes running into the office with a smile on his face. I sit up eagerly.

It's time to get Crystal back.
