This work is still being written, but I am publishing the first chapter to gauge reader interest. There will be an extended hold on further publications until more chapters have been written.

I've written enough that I can speed up updates to every three days (two days between updates). Should I near the end of writing this, I'll publish every other day. Once completed, I'll do daily updates. This is effective May 15th, 2021.
[06/28/21] - General (Part III)
After this chapter, the story will focus on Percy as Commander Ichor going back to Earth. Flashbacks may interrupt the new storyline from his time in the army much like the "Commander" chapters have done thus far; however, they will be less frequent and inconsistent. Next chapter will be up tomorrow and continue on the every three day schedule. Enjoy this extra chapter as a thank you for 200 followers!

In all honesty, I'm running short of prewritten chapters. I've hit a writing block, but I'm trying to sneak around it by writing a short story. Don't be surprised if I put a hold on publishing this once I get down to my last couple of preplanned chapters and instead publish a new story. I will finish! It just might take longer than I expected. If you've got ideas, I'd be happy to hear them out!
