CHAPTER FIVE

“She passed out!” Joey exclaimed. Sita was lying on the floor of the shop they were in. People were looking into the shop from the side windows. “You talking to her made her pass out quicker!”

“Now look who is being the jerk this time...” Naoir looked out the window. “Anyhow, it's natural for somebody to pass out after going through a black hole for the first time.” Naoir said bluntly. “We need to get her to the back room before people get suspicious...” he added silently.

“But, I was going to ask her things about how she felt, or if she was feeling dizzy right after she came out of the black hole... Now I can't.” Joey looked miserable.

“Dude, pull yourself together!” Naoir said. “You can ask her after she wakes up.” He put his hand up to his face. “Your obsession for black holes is freaky... even for me. Anyway, we need to bring her to Conai. So who's gonna carry her?”

“You seem to actually care about her well being, How nice of you.” Joey said in mock surprise.

“I'm not heartless you know.” Naoir said looking down.

“Well, considering how you treated Sita–” Joey started.

“Okay! I get it, I should have been more polite.” Naoir said. “Sorry...”

“Okay then, lets take her to Conai then before she wakes up.” Joey said as he started to pick up Sita, then he grinned,

“What's with that look–” Naoir began but never finished because Joey launched Sita into Naoir, and he had no choice but to catch her. “Why  are you giving her to me?” He asked. “And why did you throw her?” He said, awkwardly udjusting to the weight in his arms.

“Cause' I wanted to that's why.” Joey plainly said.

“Do you think you just 'wanting to' is justified?” Naoir said staring at him.

“Yes.” Joey said crossing his arms and walking to the back room. Leaving Grason and Naoir alone with the unconscious Sita.

“Should we follow him?” Grason asked, looking at Naoir.

“Well, of course we should follow him, before he tells Conai that I kidnapped you, or some other story that he made up with me in it...” He scowled.

“Sorry I didn't mean to upset you Naoir.” Grason said apologetically.

“You didn't upset me, Joey did.” Naoir looked at Grason. “You didn't do anything wrong, Grason. Joey is just irritating me.” Naoir smirked. “But, thank you for worrying.” He patted Grason on the back. “Now lets go meet Conai, it's been a while since we've seen him.”

“Yes, it sure has.” Grason said, looking over his shoulder. “But, Naoir?”

        “What?” Naoir answered.

“I think someone might be watching us–” In that moment Grason made a black hole underfoot just as a rain of bullets whizzed passed the top of their heads.

“WHAT–” Naoir started, but saw Grason's expression. He could see several things going on. He was troubled. “Oh.”

“They're trying to get Sita.” He said seriously. “I know Conai said to bring her, but I didn't think she was this important...” He trailed off.

They ran down the hallway, going to the room where they were all supposed to meet. They burst the door open and Conai was there with Joey sitting in front of him. They were out of breath, And Conai's eyes widened. “They are here aren't they.”

        Grason nodded.

“No time to lose, come with me.” A door popped up in front of him and he opened it. “Get inside, hurry!” They heard footprints coming down the hall. Joey, Grason, and Naoir all rushed into the door just as the people came into the room.

At lightning speed, Conai rammed into all of the guys. Then sprinted into the door and closed it.
