Klaus watched as Bonnie exited Stefan Salvatore's car. The vampire grabbing her pom poms from the back. She was 5 minutes away from being extremely late, so he heard the small witch thank him, and run off towards the rest of the cheer team.

"So you've reverted to stalking her?" He heard his sister ask from behind him. Klaus rolled his eyes at the intrusion. Though his eyes landed right back on Bonnie.

"Apparently we have a connection, I'm simply trying to see why, it's not like we'd ever gotten along before" Klaus muttered, making the blonde vampire frown.  Rebekah crossed her arms as she looked at her blue eyed brother.

"Oh yes I wonder why, my power hungry, paranoid, and lonely brother, would ever form a connection with a beautiful, powerful, not to mention unwaveringly loyal witch?" Rebekah asked him sarcastically. The blonde's blue eyes nearly rolled to the back of her head at her brother. They were all hopeless.

"Did I have an ulterior motive to gaining her affection?" Klaus asked his sister. Rebekah sighed as she looked at him, moving to stand beside him, and look at the witch who was now stretching. Stretching and attempting to avoid Caroline.

"You thought that she could prove useful against the Winchester's should they try to come for us, they did defeat the devil and you want to take any chances, and she did prove quite useful" Rebekah admitted, her voice low. Shaking her head she chuckled. "Yet we underestimated her, the witch grew on me, she became my friend and you began to feel something more real than you've felt in decades" Rebekah told him softly.

"Is that so?" He asked, trying to sound sarcastic but it came out more intrigued. All this time and apparently he'd never seen what was right in front of him. Rebekah nodded, as she grabbed him by the hand, squeezing it gently.

"Don't let that go" she told him. Klaus gave a humorless chuckle as he looked at his younger sister.

"I have nothing to let go of, dear sister, I remember nothing" he told her seriously. Too seriously. As if he were trying to convince himself as well.

"Bonnie Bennett is a witch who lost everything, but for some reason, after losing her virginity to you in some drunken haze, she gained us" Rebekah told him seriously. Klaus knit his eyebrows together as he watched his sister speak passionately about the small witch. "She gained a friend in me, a protector in Elijah, and something magical in you, why do you think she's trying so hard to save you? When has someone other than our siblings fought for you as much as she has?" Rebekah asked him seriously.

Klaus stood quietly for a moment. Other than Rebekah and Elijah, he'd never had anyone fight for him, she would be the first. In all his centuries she was the first to fight for him like this. How strange the Little Witch was. One minute nearly murdering him. The next fighting for him.

"And the hunter?" Klaus asked, that one making Rebekah sigh. Shrugging she looked up at her brother.

"He is a complication, but he is one I think you can beat, as long as you don't kill him that is" she told him with a smirk. "Our little witch is too moral for that sort of thing" she said, her voice laced with amusement.

"That she is" Klaus muttered in response. Shaking his head he looked at his sister. "Which is exactly why it would never work" he told her. Rebekah shook her head at him.

"She makes you better Nik, more kind and stronger than I've ever seen you" she told him, watching as his eyes searched her face. "And you give her the strength and confidence to stand up for herself, which lets be honest, she desperately needed" she said with a dry chuckle. Turning to him, she found her brother facing Bonnie, seeing the exact moment Bonnie saw him.
