Chapter 59: final chapter

It was finally the time, me, Grey, Luke, Emma and Eli were watching Lizzy walk into her new school, I was smiling and at the same time I was crying. Grey had a arm around me and was smiling sadly that Lizzy was leaving.

"And just like that one of my girls are leaving home" Grey said and I nodded.

"I'm going to miss Lizzy" Emma said as we walked back to the car.

"Yeah, your next to leave Emma" Eli said and Emma gasped.

"Eli!" I said and he looked at me.

"Sorry mom" he said with his head down, Luke hasn't said a word.

"Luke?" I asked and he looked at me. "Are you okay?" I asked and he shrugged.

"I would always thought me and Lizzy wouldn't be separated, guess that's what happens" Luke said and I looked at Grey who smiled a little.

"On the plus side Luke, she's an alphas daughter her mate would be a alpha and you would get to see her whenever you get a meeting with him" Grey said and Luke sighed.

"Yeah I know" he replied and was silent. Me and Grey looked at each other and drove back to our land, everyone was waiting for us as we drove up. "What's this about?" Luke asked and me and Grey laughed.

"It's for you" I replied and Luke raised an eyebrow. "They are here to welcome their soon to be new alpha" I said and Luke looked out the window.

"What if I'm not ready?" Luke asked and Grey looked at him from the mirror.

"You are ready, trust me, I was the same when my dad told me that I would be the alpha" Grey said and Luke looked at him.

"Whatever happened to grandpa?" Emma asked and I sighed.

"Your grandfather got sick the day of mine and your father's wedding, after we came back, well he's doing better, hopefully he'll get better even more" I replied and Emma nodded.

"Now, go get ready all of you" Grey said as we walked into our house, then kids ran upstairs to get changed. The ceremony was quick and short, everyone bowed to Luke as he stood there, Luke looked at his father to figure out how to do things for most of the time when he first became alpha. Emma left for the same school Lizzy did a year later, and for that time it was perfect, and retirement for me and Grey was great and we got to be happy together for the rest of our lives.
