Chapter 4: what now?

"There is one more thing. One of the warriors are thinking of challenging the alpha thinking that you are too weak. I of course stepped in and tried to tell them off but the warrior won't back down. I have a feeling that they will attack and challenge you" Zack said as Grey shifted his weight to one foot.

"I don't believe that a warrior would test my power, or say something like I'm weak" Grey said, I was still kinda worried about how Grey ran his pack and I'm soon going to figure it out.

"We have training in a few minutes, come and see for yourself alpha" Zack said and Grey nodded.

"Your soon to be Luna will be coming as well" Grey said and Zack bowed.

"Of course, she will see how our warriors train and will feel safer knowing" Zack said and Grey nodded and turned around getting ready to leave.

"Before we leave" Grey turns back around and faces Zack "if I find out that you lied straight to my face I will have no choice but to punish you Zack, and don't stare at my mate" Grey said as Zack tried to peck over Grey's shoulder to look at me. Zack looked back at Grey and bowed his head, that's when me and Grey left. "We need to go to my office in the house and then we will head over to the field to figure out who says they are wanting to challenge me" Grey said and I nodded. We made it to the house and once inside I expected us to walk upstairs but we walked into a room on the first floor, his office was huge, it has lots of books, a table in the middle near the back with a lamp, two trays to put papers in and a laptop. On the right side of the room there were double doors and I raised an eyebrow. Grey chuckled "that's goes to your office. It's not finished yet though" he said.

"Oh, may I go check it out?" I asked him and he nodded. I walked to the door and opened it, inside was somewhat the same set up like Grey's but they didn't have the the trays, the laptop, or anything. There was books in the shelf's and that was it, but it was beautiful, I turned around and saw Grey's eyes fixed on me, he was leaning against the door frame with his arms folded over his chest. 

"Ready to go?" He asked and I nodded, I walked over to him and he pushed off the door frame and shut the doors and we walked out of the office and out of the house. I followed Grey through the land and the wolves bowed toward Grey but stared at me, Grey would growl once in awhile and people would look away. I started to hear grunting and whining, knowing we were at the training field. "Stay close to me when we are in here, I don't want you getting hurt" he said and I nodded. We walked in and Zack held up a hand telling everyone to stop, everyone bowed their heads when we pass by, none of them stared at me. 

"Welcome to the training fields" Zack said mainly to me. Then Zack turned to the warriors "line up!" He ordered they all started lining up and stood still.

"Which one of you said they want to challenge me?!" Grey said almost roared it. No one spoke "well?!" He said walking in front of 20 or so warriors. One of the men was moving his eyes back and forth looking at everyone else and I narrowed my eyes. If only I could... Grey looked at me and walked over. 

'remember if you think of wanting him he will come'  crystal said and I blinked as Grey was in front of me.

"There's a man moving his eyes back and forth, like he doesn't want to get caught or something" I whispered quietly in Grey's ear and he looked at me.

"Which one?" He asked.

"Well I don't want to be rude and point" I said back quietly.

"Take off your helmet's!" Grey shouted and everyone did, I saw the red headed move his green eyes back and forth again.

"Red hair, green eyes" I told Grey quietly and Grey nodded and stepped towards him. He started getting nervous as Grey was a foot away from his face, Grey stared at him for a few seconds.

"Why do you look nervous?" Grey asked, the man gulped.

"Im-im sorry alpha I'm just stressed" the man said shaking, I titled my head, I was half tempted to ask a question but I remained silent.

"Did you say you wanted to challenge the alpha because I'm weak?" Grey asked and the man shook his head.

"No! No alpha! I would never say anything. I would never challenge you" he said still shaking. Grey looked at Zack who's eyes were on me so I walked in front of the warriors towards Grey. Once I got to Grey I put my hand on his shoulder and he looked at me, I gave a look of 'may I?' he understand and nodded. I inhaled, I need to talk to everyone in this pack I needed to get over this stupid fear of mine.

"If you are not the one who said that you were going to challenge the alpha then why are you shaking? Unless you know who did say it and your trying to cover it up" I stated loud and clear for everyone to hear. Everyone looked at me even Grey, surprised that I actually talked to other people that wasn't him, the man stared at me with wided eyes, then he bowed his head towards Grey.

"I'm sorry alpha forgive me. I wasn't thinking" the man said.

"Why did you say it?" I asked him.

"I was showing off showing that I am strong. Please forgive my stupidity" the man said, Grey frowned. Grey stared at the man deciding on what to do, this scared me I had no idea what he was going to do, then he started to speak.

"You are not to test my power ever again this is your first warning, your second one will not be soft as this one" Grey said and the man bowed.

"Yes alpha I understand, it will not happen again" he said and Grey stepped back and looked at everyone else.

"Never question my power or my strength do you understand?!" He said.

"Yes alpha" everyone said and bowed their head.

"That will be all" Grey said and walked to Zack with me following behind. "You proven to show that I can trust you more and more good job Zack." Grey said and Zack bowed. 

"Thank you alpha" Zack said and turned to the warriors "back to training!" He yelled and everyone went back to what they were doing.
