Chapter 48: trapped

{Skyler's POV}

Im trapped inside a glass cage, the only thing I remember was running away from Grey in my wolf form then I ended up in this cage in my human form. I heard Grey's voice asking where I was but I responses was in muffled.

"Its no use honey" someone giggled "its made out of glass a special type of glass no one can talk through it" she giggled I looked straight at her and glared. "Oh now now no need to glare Im only helping you" she smiled.

"Who are you and where am i?" I growled out and the girl was shocked.

"Is that anyway to treat someone who is trying to help?" She asked "im Sophia and your underground" she said grinning.

"Why am I here?" I asked watching her and she laughed.

"Im going to take away the thing you love most" she smiled. "Its only fair since you took mine away from me" she said and I frowned.

"What are you talking about?" I growled.

"Alex! You took Alex from me!" She yelled "and now im taking yours away from you" she said and I frowned.

"He's not going to fall for it" I said calmly "knowing him he'll figure out who is telling him." I shrugged and she scoffed.

"Not if you are the one telling him" she smirked then she whispered something and then I blacked out. I was yelling at Grey then I woke up 20 minutes later. "YOU SELFISH BRAT!" she screeched and frowned. "You couldn't have just done what I asked you to?!" She was yelling and I smirked.

"You're not the only one with tricked up their sleeves" I said and she frowned.

"What are you talking about?" She asked and I smiled.

"Oh you know I can actually get out of here no question asked not even breaking a sweat." I said and she scoffed.

"Lier" she said and folds her arms over her chest "no werewolves can escape this cage" she smiled "so you can not get out" she said and I laughed.

"Let me ask you this..." I said and she frowned. "Only werewolves can't escape?" I asked and she nodded. "Then your stupid" I said and she gasps.

"I am not stupid" she yelled and I closed my eyes "what- what are you doing?" She stuttered. When I opened my eyes she gasps.

"You see I ain't no normal werewolf" I said and creaked my neck "im a hybrid" I added as my wings come out of my back and I broke the glass "don't underestimate me or my pack" I hissed and she fell back I took out my phone and snapped a picture. "Got it?" I growled.

"Got-got it" she stuttered. I picked up crystal and flew up into the air.

"Don't ever come to my pack again" I said before I flow out of the place and went back to my land. I landed in front of the gate that was closed and I frowned. A guard who was in his wolf form started growling at me and I sat crystal down. Crystal growled back and the guard stopped for a second then growled again. I went back to human and growled louder and he stood down.

"Who goes there?" A guard above me asked and I sighed.

"Open the stupid gate" I growled already annoyed but the guard shook his head.

"Only the alpha and Luna can tell me to open the gate" he answered back and I growled my luna growl.

"I said open the stupid gate" I said in my alpha's voice and the guard jumped and bowed.

"Sorry luna" he said "open the gate!" He yelled and the gate opened I stormed in once the gate opened. I looked at a guard as he bowed his head.

"Where is everyone?" I asked and he points to the pack house "Thank you" I said and stormed to the house.

"To recap this meeting who ever fines the-" Grey was saying but stopped and sniffed the air and looked straight at the door. "Zack do you smell that?" He asked, I didn't hear Zack response, im guessing he nodded. I frowned and pushed the pack doors open and everyone looked to see who it is. I growled and marched to sit next to Grey, he looks at me confused and he opened his mouth but I held up a hand.

"Don't" I growled and stood up "before Grey ends this meeting I wanna say something" I said frowning. "As you are all aware I was kidnapped basically. If anyone knows who sophia is please speak up. And if not then good and no one should let her into our land" I said "that's all" I growled and sat back in my chair folding my arms. Grey waited until everyone left before turning to me.

"Skyler honey what happened?" He asked "I was right behind you one second then the next you were gone" he said, I growled.

"Some idiot of a person decides to kidnap me to trap you" I said annoyed and he had a confused look "I don't know what happen all I know is stupid Alex's mate Sophia is trying to kill you" I growled and Grey put a hand on my shoulder.

"Calm down" he said and I snapped my head towards him and growled then he removed his hand.

"Im going for a run" I got up and left. I walked into the forest and shifted into my wolf and ran.

'Why are you so moody?' Crystal asked but I didn't say anything instead I blocked her out and kept running. I ran until I came a crossed a road and looked around. I walked onto the street and got hit by a car I howled in pain as I went flying backwards on the ground.

"Oh my god! Richard call the animal shelter we just hit a wolf!" A girl screamed and I started to panic. I smelt Grey as he ran into the streets.

"Oh thank the lord you found her" he said and the girl looked st him confused.

"Is this your wolf?" She asked and Grey nodded.

"Yes she's my pet" Grey leaned over me and patted my head "don't bother with the animal shelter I'll take her home and get someone to take a look at her" Grey smiled at the girl and the girl giggled and blushed.

"Ok" she said and I tried getting up but couldn't "do you need help getting home?" She asked sweetly and I growled quietly.

"No we live really close thank you though" Grey said not even looking at the girl and picks me up. "Come on girl lets get you home" he said.

'Im going to-' I started to say but Grey cut me off and turned to the girl.

"Two more things before we leave" Grey said and the girl nodded giggling and blushing. "Don't try and find us" Grey said seriously and the girl looked confused but nodded anyways "and stopped hitting on me. Im a married man" Grey said chuckling and showing the girl his wedding finger that has a ring on it, the girl froze and went red.
