Chapter 53: can't do it

{Skyler's POV}

{Time skip to a week}

I was falling, I just kept falling until my back hit the ground I groaned and sat up to look around. I wasn't in my house it was a nursery in a girl's home for the children who has no family, I kept looking around and saw a baby in their crib. Then the door opened and two people walked in, Jax and Silas mom and dad. I realized that the baby was me and I was watching them take me home. We were in a car driving to their home and there was Silas and Jax at the steps waiting. Then our parents left to another pack for a meeting and never came home afterwards.

"Skyler wake up please" a voice echoed and I was confused. "Walk up for me and our kids" it echoed. I looked around then the sense changed, I was on the door step of the castle Jax owns in front of Grey who had no clothes on and I ran into him and ran away. Then this happened.

"Jax" Grey said calmly and Jax nodded.

"Grey what is going on?" Jax asked and Grey sighed running his fingers through his hair.

"Your sister. She's in danger" Grey said and I gasped.

"From what?" Jax asked and they started walking into Jax's office.

"Everyone who's out to get me" Grey said and Jax raised an eyebrow. "Skyler's my mate" Grey said and my eyes widen. Then I started falling again the next thing I knew I woke up on the couch in my house. I looked around and saw no one around, and I exhaled. I heard footsteps coming towards the living room and Grey came into my view.

"Oh my God thank heavens you are awake" he said and crouched in front of me.

"How long was I out..?" I asked and Grey looked down.

"A week, you missed Emma and Eli's birthday by a day" he answered and I blinked. Then a guard ran into the living room.

"I'm sorry for interrupting alpha, Luna" the guard said bowing a little bit and Grey looked at him waiting for him to continue "there's some people at the west boarder wanting to see you two" he said and Grey got up.

"Skyler can you move?" Grey asked as soon as I got up and held the blanket close to me. Then Grey ran upstairs and came back downstairs with a change of clothes. The guard already left and I quickly got changed, we all walked straight to the west boarder. Once there we saw eight people and a pig waiting at the boarder.

"Who are they?" I asked and Grey shrugged and walked up to the boarder.

"State your name and what business you have here" Grey said and the little kid smiled.

"I am Meliodas" the little blonde kid said and I raised an eyebrow.

"Your business?" Grey asked and Meliodas chuckled.

"It's a private matter" he said and Grey frowned not sure what to do as he looked at me.

'wait a second I know him and the girl with the white hair' Ava's voice came through. I looked at the kid and the girl.

'you do?' I asked and Ava chuckled 'but his a kid' I said.

'no his over 10,000 years old Skyler' Ava said 'let them in' she said and I looked at Grey.

"Let them in" I said and Grey looked suprised at me all eight of them and the pig walked into the pack land. "Follow me" I said and grabbed Grey's hand and walked to the house.

"Why did you let them in?" Grey whispered to me and I just smiled.

"You'll see" I said back. We walked into the house and into Grey's office. Grey and I sat in Grey's chair and Meliodas sat in front of us and the rest of his group stood behind him.

"Now why are you guys here?" Grey asked.

"We are here to help you guys out" Meliodas said and Grey raised an eyebrow "we heard you guys were having trouble with the angels and demons and we happen to have some experience with these types of things" he added with a checky grin.

"And why would you want to help us?" Grey asked but I put my hand on his shoulder.

"Before you answer that. I would like to speak with you privately" I said looking at Meliodas and he shrugged but got up.

"Alright, Merlin you take it from here until I get back" Meliodas said and followed me to my office. My back was faced towards him as he sat down in a chair in front of my desk.

"What's up?" He said and I slowly turned around, my eyes pure white "wow that's cool how did you do that?" He asked and I frowned.

"Meliodas you need to stop thinking everything I do is cool" I said well Ava said and Meliodas laughed.

"I figured it was you Ava long time no see" he said getting up. "So this is where you've been?" He asked and I nodded.

"Why are you really here Meliodas?" Ava asked and Meliodas frowned.

"I told you, me and the seven deadly sins are here to help" he said and my office door opened and we looked as Grey walked in.

"Why didn't you ask for me?!" He blew and Meliodas laughed.

"Because I didn't know you" he said confused about it and Grey face palms.

"Not Grey" he said and I nodded knowing Ray took over. "As your best friend and brother you could have asked Ava where I was!" He said and Meliodas blinked.

"Ray calm down" Ava said and Ray looked at me well Grey looked at me.

"Fine" he huffed and looked at Meliodas "Merlin explained everything to me and I will agree on Grey's half to let you help us out." Ray said and I nodded.

"As will I on Skyler's half" Ava said and I frowned in the back of my head.

'is there a reason why I can't say anything on my own?' I asked Ava.

'you will get used to it' crystal said and I sighed.

"Great now that is done. I do want to talk to Skyler and Grey" Meliodas said "I have one more thing I would like to discuss with them" Meliodas said and our eyes turned normal.

"Well I guess we have no choice but to let you guys help" Grey mumbled and I nodded. Meliodas cleared his throat and Merlin and the rest of them walked in.

"I need their names" I said eyeing them and Meliodas nodded.

"This is Elizabeth" Meliodas said pointing at the white haired girl.

"I know." I said "and the rest" I looked around and Meliodas laughed.

"Diane, king, gowther, Escanor, hawk, Merlin and bon" Meliodas pointing at each one.

"Excuse me?" Elizabeth said and we looked at her "but how do you know my name?" She asked and I blinked.

"You look like an Elizabeth to me" I lied and looked at Meliodas who was grinning.

"Mom! Dad!" Luke said as he walks into Grey's office.

"In here Luke" Grey said and Luke walked into my office and froze.
