•Chapter 8•
•3rd Person•

Y/n was sitting in there room nothing but the red light covering the room from there lava lamp.

Y/n decided to play a song on the record player there grandma got them when they were young.

The teen sitting in there room with nothing but a towel covering their smooth bare skin water falling off of their hair and body as they breathed.

You were having one of those days were you felt gloomy not like yourself. You were so out of it after finding out the person you loved asked another person out.

Lying down on the floor hair falling back with you feeling the air against your cold damp skin.

You would always so this every now and then to relax yourself from the world.

You watch as the red blood colored light danced around your room.

Music faded in the background of your thoughts.

You would sometimes have the same visions of the dream of you in the blue lit bathroom sitting in water.

You wondered what it meant, was the universe trying to tell you something or maybe it was just your fate.

You could care less if that was it trying to tell you your due for death, in that case so be it.

You decided to get up from the hard cold ground of your room and put some clothes on.

It was night time, a time you like to take walks to get away from everything.

You put on a white short sleeved shirt and some sweats.

Not caring if you catch a cold you head out.

Walking in the cold breeze hair slightly blowing from the breeze water droplets still on your head you just kept walking.

You found a nearby lake to sit at.

Nobody was there as expected since it was about midnight.

You sat on the grass laying down not minding if you drift off.

Just as you were about to be fall asleep you hear a voice call your name.

At first it was muffled and faded but it got louder and more clear getting closer to you.

You didn't bother to get up though

"Y/n.....y/n! Hey.. What are you doing out here this late, you'll get a cold. "

You look over to see... The person you honestly were out here to get over from in the beginning.

Your blue haired friend Sal Fisher.

Staring down at you slight worry in his eyes.

"Oh.. Hey sal, just came out here to relax, y'know. "

"That's understandable, I always come here when I try to shake my thoughts"

He said as he lied down next to you shoulders brushing together ever so slightly.

"I heard you asked Ashley out to prom, I'm.... Happy for you. "

"Oh I'm guessing Larry told you and yeah I did. It took me a hell long time to build the courage to, but I did. "

"Sal, could I ask you something..? "

"Yeah of course, go for it! "

"Do you... Believe in soulmates? "

"Well if I'm being honest I didn't at first.. But when I met Ashley something kinda sparked in me to believe it and look where that ended up" He said with a small laugh at the end

I was afraid you would say that...

"Yeah, I guess your right it lead to you.. .. Finding your Special someone"

"Yeah, why'd ya ask? "

"Oh.. Uh no reason, no reason at all"

"Hm, okay. Well I guess I'm gonna head out I gotta go feed gizmo his dinner but I'll see you tomorrow at school, yeah?"

"Oh, yeah, see ya sal" You said

And with that he went off.

You didn't bother to look back, the only thing you looked at was the sky.

Maybe sal was right, Ashley might be his soul mate.

In that case you could never ruin it for him.

The boy deserved it something you needed to get through your love sick head.

You lay there all alone the moons light shining upon your Liquid Smooth skin.

The stars staring back at you. The water reflecting your pain.

The grass carrying your heart.
