Chapter 6: The Party

Taehyung POV.

I had to dress Jungkook up for the party. He was still shaking and crying. I started cleaning his hands with a wet rag as they were covered in red stains from the guy's blood. I then cleaned his face gently and rinsed the rag in the bathroom sink. I was unsure on how else to comfort him. He must have been scared but not of the men, of himself. I grabbed the bottom of his shirt and began stripping him. I was a little nervous because of his body. His body was so muscular and the tattoos made him even hotter. I tried not to pay much attention to how attractive this man was and looked for any wounds. Luckily he had none so I got some clothes that we had bought for the party and got him dresssed.

I fixed his hair and helped him put on some light makeup. I asked him if he wanted to wait for me in the room or downstairs, and he replied pointing at the bed. I smiled at him and then went to the bathroom while getting myself ready. I kept some wavy hair style and put on some nice makeup. I was worried about Jungkook and wondered if he would be ok during the party. 'Maybe I should stay with him throughout the party...' I thought to myself. As I was finishing up some last touches, Jungkook came from behind and gave me a surprise hug. I was shocked but I felt so warm in his small back embrace. I heard him say something in a small and faint voice. "Thank You" is what he said. I smiled and grabbed him. I told him we should go downstairs and help out now. He nodded and followed me downstairs.

(Jungkook and Taehyung's outfits) ->

Me: "hey guys! We are done getting ready! How about you all?"
Jin: "wow. You both look so stunning!"
Jimin: "hey! what about me Jin hyung!

jimin's outfit—>

Jin: "oh Jimin, you know you always look good."
Me: "hey Jin hyung, where is Namjoon and Yoongi?"
Jin: "they went out to get some snacks and drinks."
Jungkook: "how many people are coming?"
Jin: "Just some people we know so maybe like 20-30 people. I don't know."
Me: "hey..you want me to be with you the whole time or do you feel better?" I whispered in Jungkook's ear.
Jungkook: "y..yes p..please." he said while stuttering.

Soon Yoongi and Namjoon came back and placed the snacks and the drinks on the counter neatly. We all helped around getting the house ready for the guests. It was probably around 5pm when we finished. Me and Jungkook sat down on the couch and then we all heard ringing at the door. Jin hyung went up to open they door and I watched as people started coming in. The music had already started with people dancing, singing, or pigging out with the snacks. For about an hour, me and Jungkook had sat in silence next to each other. We were so close to each other where are shoulders were touching one another. I was so nervous but Jungkook looked tired and his eyes were puffy from crying to much.

Me: "hey um do you want a drink or snack? I was going to go get something so if you want anything I'll get it."
Jungkook: "maybe a bag of chips and some water"

I left the couch to go pick up some snacks and when I started coming back, I saw a man trying to rub himself against Jungkook. Jungkook looked like he was about to kill this guy so I ran with the snacks to the couch and before anything got serious, I asked the man to leave. When I took a better look, I realized that the guy was kind of scary looking but I was already upset, so his looks didn't scare me. The man stood up and looked directly into my eyes. I felt a slight tug on my shirt and glanced at Jungkook. I sighed and tried to ask the guy again to leave politely. He left without saying anything. I sat down next to Jungkook and handed him his snacks.

Jungkook:"thank you hyung."
Me: " its nothing. People have no respect for personal space anymore"
Jungkook: "Can I hug you?" he asked softly.
Me: "of course you can" I said with a smile.

He started hugging me tightly and my heart was about to burst. I love his warm hugs. I love him. 'wait did I just say I love him, LOVE him. But should I tell him?' All of these thoughts started flooding through my head when I noticed Namjoon and Jin walking upstairs. Me and Jungkook followed them in curiousity. We heard some sounds coming from MY room and it sounded like...moaning. My face was completely red and I didn't notice a pair of eyes staring at me. I grabbed Jungkook by the hand and went back downstairs. We were trying to take in what we heard. Yoongi and Jimin looked like they were having fun as I looked to Jimin teasing Yoongi and seductively dance on Yoongi. The music started getting louder and more people were dancing. I was bored and didn't realize I was getting sleepy and I leaned my head against Jungkook's shoulder.

~skip time~

I woke up and realized I was in someone else's room. I saw Jungkook sitting on a chair on his phone. There was no music playing and I heard nothing. I wasn't fully awake but I heard Jungkook saying something that gave me shivers. "I love you. I love you so much. But I'm scared to tell you so Im practicing while you are sleeping" I pretended to be asleep and I couldn't control my emotions. He just confessed to me!
