juli had been alone at home for a week now. she felt uncomfortable and not at home during this time period. she felt as though she was in an unfamiliar place, but she wasn't. she was at home, in her room, studying.
the only way she thought she would feel normal again is by being with someone. not just someone, but the one that's been on her mind for days now. jack.
she thought jack could fulfill her feeling of loneliness. little did she know, he was one of the people that could end her happiness altogether.

juli just pulled into the coffee shop parking lot. she locked her car and headed towards the entrance of the coffee shop. she sat at her table for about twenty minutes before jack showed up.
"hey juliana," jack said, not bothering to hug juli before he sat down.
"hey," she smiled at him.
"i ordered our drinks already,"
"but you don't know my order," she replied to jack.
"well, you bought some to-go bottles of them when we met so i assumed you like that one," jack looked up at her from his phone.
juli mumbled a small 'oh' to herself in realization.
they had coffee and were about to say goodbye when jack asked to come over so they can keep talking.
"yea, sure!" juli answered.
jack followed juli home in his own car so he wouldn't have to leave his car.
"welcome to my home," juli smiled as she pushed the front door open.
"woah, i didn't think you're house would be this big," jack mumbled in awe.
"yea, i live with some friends," juli smiled.
"are they dudes?" he asked a bit harshly.
"well, yea but i've known them for as long as i can remember," she said a little over dramatically.
"ok," he said skeptically
"let's watch a movie! i'll pop some popcorn," said juli, happily, changing the subject. as she made her way to the kitchen, jack sat down on the couch.
juli came back after popping some popcorn for her and jack. after, they finally both agreed on a movie, with much debate from jack.
half way through the movie jack took juli's empty bowl of popcorn and moved it to the floor. (they didn't have a coffee table)
juli looked up jack and he smiled, "can we cuddle?" he asked.
she blushed and nodded. juli scooted over and put her head on his chest and jack wrapped his arm around her.
the movie ended soon after. juli sat up and stretched out, "i'm gonna go and get you some blankets. it's too dark out, i don't want you driving right now," she smiled at him.
"why don't we go sleep in your room," he asked.
"i don't know, we kind of just met," she said as kindly as she could.
"wow, so you're gonna let some other random dudes live with you but i can't sleep in your room?" he exaggerated.
"oh well sure yea, we can sleep in my room," she said, as jack and her stood up.
they headed upstairs and juli changed out of her jeans and into her pajamas. jack didn't need to, he was already in sweats.
when she walked back into her room, jack was asleep facing away from her. juli went to bed facing the opposite way.
the next morning, juli woke up and jack was gone and out of the house. only leaving juli with a goodmorning text.
