It wasn't the usual venue for the rehearsals today. Instead of having it at the dance hall, Miss Minerva decided to have it outside the studio, right at the boardwalk.
Today is the schedule for the boys' acting workshop para sa kanilang gagawing promotional video sa Cebu next month. Though, they were already used to doing photoshoots for different magazines and performing on stage, but acting was totally new to them.
Miss Minerva was on her director's chair together with Nikko and Leo. Some studio staff were also present. They were busy furnishing the set.
The boys, on the other hand, were sitting far from each other.
The gloomy atmosphere was almost silent. The quiet was only ruined by the low mumbles coming from the creative team and the gentle wind disturbing the tree branches.
Something's off today, hindi pumasok si Gab and nobody knew why. The assistant didn't ask permission from Miss Minerva nor from the two assistant directors. Unusual!
Kahit pa hindi nila iyon sinasabi, that notion agitated the boys. It gave them a sense of... incompleteness.
However, each one of them had to dismiss that thought to focus on their individual businesses.
That's way more intense!
"Guys, come closer," Nikko gesticulated, making his voice a little louder to draw attention from the boys. "Fifteen more minutes at magsisimula na tayo. I hope you had already internalized your lines."
Nikko could hardly point out the reason behind the boys' low energy.
Whatever their reason is, Nikko got accustomed to it already. As usual, what could be expected from these group of brats? He snorted after realizing that.
"O-M-G! Is this the new breed of FBU?"
All heads turned to the source of the high-pitched voice immediately.
A girl in her early twenties was nearing Miss Minerva's location. Squinting eyes coming from the spectators followed after that.
Though the girl hid her face behind her huge heart sunglasses but her whole fashion ensemble connoted sophistication and elegance. Her body-hugging, silver-glittered, knee-length, off-shoulder dress which she paired with sleek pointed-toe pump nude shoes accentuated her statuesque physique. Some sparkling pink diamonds formed like constellations on her neck and the silver stud earrings emphasized her splendor. Truly a woman of style. Someone who haven't really known her would say that she's a highly-paid fashion model who only wears designer clothes and walks on famous fashion runways.
"This is unbelievable, auntie," dagdag niya habang bumebeso kay Miss Minerva. "They're a mess!"
The girl's arrival was a complete surprise for them—most especially for Nikko.
Her forehead creased while looking at the unexpected visitor who casually placed herself at the vacant chair near her. "I am not expecting to see you today," she added.
