As soon as I stepped out of the plane I am greeted with warm, dry air almost like the weather in Miami. My eyes dart around the baggage claim area looking for a certain pair of blonde hair and green eyes almost identical to my mum's. I spot him and immediately sprint across the room, not caring what anyone would think. Jumping into his arms I yell happily "Uncle Blake" and hug him. Mum and Liam go up to him too and hug him. Its been a long time since the last time we met uncle Blake.

Uncle Blake lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters. My cousin Lily is a sophomore like me and Aimee is in grade 7, same as Liam. We take our luggage and uncle Blake guides towards his Fortuner.

The ride to their house was full of chattering mostly coming from an excited Liam. "How have you been Molly?" Uncle Blake asks softly to mum.

Mum smiled at him and said "I have been better ever since I landed off the plane." And I couldn't have denied. Mum looked better, at least better than how she was back in Miami. L.A. is her hometown, she used live here along with my uncle, grandpa and nana before she got married and went to Miami.

"When will we start our school momma?" Liam asked, eyes filled with curiosity. Mum turned back from the front seat to face us and looked at Liam with sheer amusement. Liam loves meeting new people, he loves making new friends. He has grey eyes and at this moment they were filled with excitement and curiosity. "School starts in August dear, you still have 4 weeks before you start school." Liam groans in response, clearly showing his disappointment. I chuckle seeing him annoyed and pull his cheeks.

Once we get out of the car I rush in to meet my aunt Hailey and my sisters, even though we are cousins but I have always been so close to them that it feels they are like my real sisters. I am out of breath the moment I enter the house "Kimberly" lily and Aimee have their arms around me as they yell my name.

"Can't breathe" I say.

"Oops sorry" says Aimee and lily and I giggle. As I get away from my lovely sisters, I am wrapped in a gut-wrenching hug by none other than aunt Hailey, "oh dear lord, look at you. Our little munchkin has grown so much." As soon as the words come out of her mouth, I look down feeling heat rise up my neck. Just moments later Liam and mum come in followed by uncle. The room is filled with sweet greetings and hugs.

I absolutely love this and hoped that this new beginning in our life brings lots of happiness for all of us. Thank you God.
