Case details

"All the victims died as the same way a killer entered in their home at night and attacked with the hammer and left the hammer as a mark all the victims were around 15 to 30 years old according to the CCTV footage and witnesses he always wears a black long coat and hat along with Black jeans he always wears a black mask on his face and always kills a one person at a time and left rest of other Family members"

It was a case file around 12 years ago a killer had appeared in the town killed dozen of people in just a month and got disappeared people in the town used to call him " A Shadow of the night" as nobody could've seen his face and he only had appeared at nights and Mr. Kim who couldn't be caught the killer at that time was getting suspicious after hearing about A man with a hammer in Mrs. Park's garden.

After reading the file Mr. Kim called his friend who was working on Dr. Do Min Seok's case which was becoming the talk of the town because of the method of the murder police in Seoul was assuming this case as the beginning of the serial killing of Mr. Kim who was constantly following the case was aware of every single details of the case but before making any speculations Mr. Kim wanted to check all the minor details so he called his friend and asked for the details after a while he received an email he got shocked as he read the similarities between the cases after analyzing both the cases and the earlier incident Mr. Kim had accepted that the "The Shadow of the Night "returned However Mr. Kim had so many questions in his mind like why he had returned after 12 years? Why he killed Dr. Do Min Seok and why he was targeting Jimin though he was still clueless about everything Mr. Kim was determined to help them no matter what and now he was waiting for the ending of the night.

    

Finally, another painful night had been passed and Jimin who fell asleep during the sketching had awakened now he slowly opened his eyes and stretched out he looked at the clock which reads 7 am then he checked his sketches and smile slightly as they were different from the previous sketches this time an Angel appeared to save him and it was Yuri who had turned his horrible night into the memorable one he remembered the precious memories which he had made with Yuri though he was smiling because of her he was scared of losing his only friend., with so many thoughts in his mind he got up off the table with a pretty smile on his face and went for a shower after taking the shower he came in the kitchen and started to make breakfast for his Eomma humming his favorite song with his sweet melodious voice while making a pancakes

This song was his favorite one which he usually hummed whenever he was in good mood today he was happy so he decided to forget about all the worries and spend his day with a smile during making breakfast he had prepared a list of required things in the home the sweet smell of the pancakes and his melodious voice was making the morning beautiful., Eomma would be happy after seeing me like this., he thought was busy in making breakfast suddenly he heard the car noise he slow down the flame and went to the door.,

Mrs. Park finally arrived at home she parked her car and came out of the car she was tired and feeling sleepy moreover she was worried about Jimin because it had happened the first time when she hadn't seen him for an entire night so she quickly closed the door and started to walk towards her home however a manly voice stopped him she turned back and looked back, suddenly her tired expression turned into the questionable one it was Mr. Kim who was waiting for her but before Mrs. Park could say anything to him Mr. Kim explained himself.

I'm not here to apologize I have something to talk., Mr. Kim told her.,
And what is it? Mrs. Park ask him.,
It's, about Jimin...Mr. Kim replied to her and invited her in his home.,
Mr. Kim knew she wouldn't deny talking when he'll mention Jimin's name and as Mr. Kim expecting Mrs. Park quickly accepted his invitation and went for the talk in his home.,
Jimin who was standing at the door watching them talking together got suspicious as he knew that how much his Eomma hates him so why she was going into his home he thought, but he couldn't listen to their conversation because the distance was slightly big so he closed the door and came back in the kitchen however he was trying to find out the reason of their conversation but he was completely clueless.

Please have seat., Mr. Kim said and sat on the couch while Mrs. Park also made herself comforted on the couch which was next to him.,

Would you like to make some coffee? Mr. Kim asked her,
Why you brought me here., Mrs. Park asked a question.
OK so let's come to the point. , Mr. Kim said.,
Have you heard about Dr. Do Min Seok's murder case the famous psychiatrist? Mr. Kim resumed
Yes his, the assistant told me last night., Mrs. Park replied him.,
Oh, do you know him? Mr. Kim asked her surprisingly
Yes., I knew him because of Jimin., Mrs. Park told, him and sighed.,
He was such a nice person Jimin was very comfortable with him during his treatment I wanted to restart his treatment so I called his assistant Mrs. Park Resumed.,
After listening about Jimin's treatment Mr. Kim got sad and through his obvious expression Mrs. Park had realized his feelings.,
Do you know who killed him., Mr. Kim asked her.,
Even though Mrs. Park was doubtful about the killer but she wanted to listen to what Mr. Kim was gonna say so she pretended like she didn't know who the killer was.,
Who killed him? Mrs. Park asked him in her shivering voice .,
The same killer who had killed your son., Mr. Kim told her
Mrs. Park was traumatized after listening to what Mr. Kim had told her she was numbly staring at Mr. Kim she put her hand on her chest for calmed her down however it was getting harder she tight her gripped on the couch and started to cry in the pain of losing her son years ago and the fear of losing her another son was driving her insane she was shivering in fear after trying so hard she couldn't control herself and burst into tears while Mr. Kim was feeling guilty after taking the name of her late son suddenly.,
