"Hm, from scanning the device, that young girl wasn't kidding about it manipulating the vibrations and being able to direct them..." The same male's slightly mechanic voice resonated through the air and the screen flashed before his silhouette, showing the scanned rod's contents. Countless numbers in one corner scrolled up slowly while highly sophisticated sentences did the same on the left side of the screen and kept showing many different angles of the staff. It was 3D and moved around on its own, zooming in or out of specific spots on the rod.
"She wants her to use it at the festival, huh? I'll be more than happy to test it out, I'm just surprised that implementing codes into one part of her brain was successful... Now, let's see how she wields it," the dark man's figure shifted his stance with a simple fold of his arms and thin cords could be seen dangling from the sides, appearing to be hooked to his head.

At some point during the day, everyone took part in the heroic class with Mr. Aizawa, they all stood outside and watched as the dark-haired sensei explained things to them. However, Uviel's eyes locked on her best friend who...stood at the far end of the lined-up students. Her blue hues grew worried at the obvious distancing she gave her and her upper-black lips curled into a frown, it was beginning to upset her.
They did some training, which was the usual, and Uviel passed specific physical tests to see what her limits were. The redhead wasn't real big on the idea of running around and she nearly passed the speed test, she was just thankful that a lot of her cybernetic parts had increased strength so lifting heavier objects that normal girls couldn't, was relieving.
As mentioned, the speed test was almost a failure and barely passed. Although with Haru, a lot of the students, including herself, were amazed at the sight of her. She passed the speed test rather easily and managed to pass the strength test, however, it wasn't the best results compared to most...but her speed was impressive for her age.
Now that everyone received their results on paper and continued with their day, the poor, concerned girl never ran into her best friend nor had she ever appeared around her very often... Time to head home, Uviel made her way to the front of the school and collected her things, all the while exchanging her school shoes for her own. "Haru..." her whispered words escaped frowning lips as she securely carried her rod and rocket boots in her arms, along with her school bag.
"I wonder... If she'll come and get her stuff," mumbling, the redhead simply slid her backside against her locker and pressed her knees against her chest, arms wrapping around them in the process. Those red bangs hid the side of her face more when she laid her mouth within her forearms, swirling worry continued to engulf her eyes from the thought of her distancing friend. "Was it... Something I did...?" Adding to her muffled words, she sat there waiting for a good ten minutes until it was believed that Yukimura wasn't going to show.
Depressed, the girl stood and made her way toward the exit, keeping those boots in her armpits, the staff over one shoulder, and her bag in the other hand. Rain began to pour not long after she stepped out from the double doors and when she neared the gate, there she saw...her best friend.
The brunette's back was pressed against the inside of the gate's frame and her head was lowered, she could tell that water drenched her uniform since everything about her looked wet. A shadow masked her face and nothing could be seen other than the fact that she was sulking, therefore Uviel sprinted over with sheer worry in her eyes.
