We arrived at cabin 3 and Percy finally turned to me. While we were walking he obviously tried to avoid eye contact. He cleared his throat and said:
"Uhm. Yeah. So."
"Yes?," I asked, acting bored.
"Ahem. Yes. I just wanted to say, I reacted idiotic. It's just...I was so surprised. And not because of the fact that you...that you are..."
"You don't have to end this sentence."
"Yeah. Right. Sorry. What I mean is, I always thought you hated me. You had so meany reasons to. I just wanted to clarify that I'm sorry and it's okay. That you are the way you are."
I looked at him. I couldn't believe it.
"I can't believe you really said that. That you have the audacity!"
Percy seemed so confused that I almost felt sorry for him. Almost.
"I don't understand - "
"Then I'll explain. You ignored, didn't trust me, didn't thank me for everything I've done for you and treated me like dirt - and the only thing that comes into your mind that you could say sorry? And tell me than you - how gracious of you - that you accept me? Do you know how arrogant that is?"
"What? I thought you could forgive me? Man, I'm really sorry!"
"Oh, the gentleman feels sorry! I said we're cool, not that we're bros or whatever you'd like to call it. The only thing I'm asking you for is staying out of my business and treating my like a human, not like a worthless creature. Have a nice life."
And with that, I ran back to the dining pavilion.

I know, I didn't update for a long time. The next chapters are already done, but I had no time to edit this shit because my sister is writing her bachelor (in 'science of books', and yes, this really does exist) so she doesn't have time to edit anymore. I hope there aren't any typos or whatever, have fun reading.
