Liam's P.O.V
She weakly lifted her arm to touch Harry's curls. You could see how much of an effort it was for her. She just kept smiling though, she never showed her weak side. Harry on the other hand smiled back at her and left a tear fall. I felt really sorry for him.
"I love you Harry. Don't cry. I'm fine. I'm going to be o-" She cut herself off with lack of energy. Her arm fell and her bright green eyes slowly closed. Finally Harry broke down. He was full on sobbing into my shoulder and I was tempted to do the same. I couldn't though. I had to stay cool. I had to take care of Isla and the boys.
Isla was led on John's lap in his arms. He was sat on the floor and couldn't move because we were all in the way. "Boys. Move so John can put Isla on the couch." I said, making sure my voice didn't crack. John smiled weakly as a thanks.
"Call the hospital! Check her over! Call Paul! Do something!" Harry shouted. He was going into hysterics and I could see the pain in his eyes. He was crushed by the fact that Isla was passed out.
"Harry, calm down. I'm as afraid for her as you." I tried to comfort him. He just broke down again. I took him into my arms and hugged him. "It's going to be alright." I cooed.
After a while he calmed down, so I let him go. "Liam. This is the second time this has happened. And in my care. And while it's raining, and when everything seems good." He whispered.
"Don't beat yourself up. We were all here this time. And there were no signs of her being ill. It's not your fault. Okay?" He nodded.
I turned around and said, "Okay boys. I need you to go stand where Harry is so we can sort Isla out. That includes you three." I said pointing at Simon, Ben and Chase. "John and I will make sure everything is alright." They all nodded and quickly obeyed.
"So what happened? Why was there shouting?" I asked trying to know the story and anything that could help figure out what happened.
I touched Isla's head while John explained. "We were saying we would sign for her to be famous." He said as I placed a blanket over her legs because she was slightly cold.
"Yeah. She's a bit sensitive about that thing. She has stage fright, and she keeps insisting she isn't worthy. She says she isn't good." I explained back. "Were there any signs at all that there could have been something wrong?" I asked changing the subject.
"Nothing at all. She was fine. Snappy, professional, happy, annoyed. She even fought amazing for god sakes!" He said blushing slightly. I checked her pulse. Going slower than usual, but still beating.
"Sounds like Isla. I say we give her about 10 minutes to wake up. If not, we will call an ambulance." I said.
"Why wait? Why can't we just call them now?" Zayn asked.
"Because there is nothing immensly abnormal. The doctor said she might pass out a few times in the next 4-5 weeks. So we wait." I said, my tone stern so no one will answer me back. Even John nodded in agreement.
Isla's P.O.V
"Is she going to be alright?" I faintly heard someone ask. I recognized the voice. It was Harry's.
"We will have to observe her for the next 24 hours. She has slight inflammation in the intestines." A strange voice said. I assumed it was the doctor.
"Please don't be that weird near death experience." I silently begged. But I actually voiced my thoughts.
"Is she supposed to be waking up yet?" Harry asked the doctor who remained silent for a minute.
"No. Not for another 6 hours. We gave her anesthetic to keep her asleep so her body can fully adjust to the inflammation." He explained. I felt a slight smile creep up on my face as the doctor added, "It's a miracle."
