I can't believe him. Who would even break up with Alice. She's seriously the nicest girl ever. How could he call her "clingy". Ugh. I hate him so much. But it's fine because we're going to have a very nice talk.
I'm practically running down the corridors hunting down Frank. Mary's close on my heals. I know she's not going to do anything and Lily had to leave but it's good to not be alone.
I stop dead in my tracks as I see Frank walking down the corridors with his friends not caring about anything.
It's not like you just dumped one of the nicest person in the world and broke her heart.

I think Marlene's gone crazy chasing after Frank. But that's what you get when you dump one of her friends. He should have known better.
Marlene steps right up to him,
"Hey!"
Frank stops talking to his friends and tells them to keep walking without him.
"What is it McKinnon?" He says nonchalantly.
"Why'd you break Alice's heart?" She looks him dead in the eyes. I swear she could kill someone her stare is so deadly.
He visibly gets uncomfortable with her. Marlene notices and grins wickedly.
"I- um. It just didn't work out I guess."
"Oh it "didn't work out","She mimics his voice. "Or did you just leave the best girl you've ever had. Seriously, remember all your other ex's and imagine Alice next to all of them. They're no match for her. I really don't even know why she liked you in the first place but SHE agreed to go out with you and in return you dump her ass ?"
"I-." He stutters.
"Choose your next words VERY carefully if it isn't "let me go back and fix the stupidest mistake I've ever made and apologized to the best girl ever" I'd run. You definitely don't want to see me angry, so I'm giving you a change to redeem yourself." Marlene holds her ground and holds her stare.
"I'm going to talk to Alice. I don't even know why I broke up with her it's just the NEWTS coming up. I was really stupid." Frank genuinely seems regretful.
"Good. Now me and Mary are going to go get Alice because she's balling from your stupid mistake. Come on." She turns around and we head back to the restrooms.
