~James~
I wake up early today. It's a very special day. Today is me and Lily's first date . I have everything perfectly planned out. I just hope nothing goes wrong.
I rustle out of bed a little too loud.
"Oi, I'm trying to sleep here!" Sirius complains. I ignore him and head for the bathroom.
~Alice~
"Up! Up! Come on Lily it's your first date with James!" I try to shake her up.
"Noooooo. I just want to go back to bedddddddd!" Lily complains.
"Nope, sorry. Up you go!" Marlene pulls the covers off.
"Is it too late to break up with James and go to bed?"
"Yes. Now you need to get ready. I might be struggling in my relationship but you have James taking you on a date. So get your lazy ass out of bed." I sternly say.
Lily finally comply's and starts to get out of bed. As soon as Lily's foot hit the floor Mary yanked her into the bathroom to do her makeup and get her ready.
Me and Marlene pick out an outfit for her. It's the fall so we pick out a cute maroon knitted sweater with dark blue jeans and tall black boots.
"She's going to look so cute." I tell Marlene excitedly.
"I know, isn't it cute. I'm so happy for them."
"They really do make a cute couple." I agree.
Lily emerges out of the bathroom after a few minutes looking stunning.
"You look so cute!"
"James is going to love it!"
"You're so beautiful!"
Lily looks into the mirror herself. Her mouth draws open. Her eyes wide.
"I-I-thank you guys. I love the outfit! And my hair and my makeup! Oh thank you guys." She gives us a squeeze.
"Ok, your going to be late." Marlene says. Lily says her goodbyes and rushes down the stairs.
"They grow up so fast!" Mary cries.
Me and Marlen nod.
