Saving My Family

The following week, my mom, my dad, and Alex were at Walmart buying groceries. Alex was a genius when it came to food, and he was now displaying it in the produce section for bananas, grapes, apples, carrots, and Brussel sprouts. Man, he's a food expert alright. But they had no idea that my enemy was going to capture them in a cage that he just got done with outside the store. Mom paid for the groceries, but before they could get to the car, the cage snapped around them.

"What's going on?" asked dad. "Why are we in a cage?"

"I think we're trapped," said Alex.

"Yeah," said mom, "but by who?"

Victor was hiding in a bush, so he couldn't be seen. He then laughed, then came out of the bush. The three of them were shocked to see Victor.

"How can you do this to us, Victor?" asked Alex.

"Yeah, capturing us in this cage?" asked mom.

"It's part of my plan to get rid of Lightning Girl and Mighty Mimble," said Victor.

"Wait," said Alex, "let me get this straight. This is part of your plan to get rid of my sister and her sidekick?"

"Yup," said Victor. "It is. And you guys are coming with me."

Victor then backed his car up to the cage, got out of the car, and tied a rope to the cage, since it had wheels. He then got back into his car, and drove away to his lab.

Over at my house, Mimble and I were watching the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers movie. It was one of my favorite movies to watch. Then I got a call from Alex, and he told me that himself, mom, and dad were captured by my enemy, and that Mimble and I must save them. 

"Don't worry, bro," I said. "Mimble and I are on our way." I turned to my sidekick. "Mim, we got to go. Our family have been taken hostage by Victor. We have to save them."

"Right," said Mimble.

We then changed our appearances, got into the Lightning Mobile, and went to save Mom, Dad, and Alex.

Over at Victor's lab, Mom, Dad, and Alex were strapped to some tables. Then Victor  walked in.

"What do you want with us, Victor?" asked Alex.

"I want you guys to help me get rid of Lightning Girl and Mighty Mimble," said Victor.

"We'll never help you!" said Mom.

"Yeah," said Dad.

"You'll never stop my sister or her sidekick!" said Alex. "And they're coming to save us!"

"As if that's going to happen," said Victor.

That's when my sidekick and I came running into the lab. "Let them go, Victor!" I shouted.

"Alright, sis!" said Alex. "I knew you would make it!"

"Let my family go right now, or else your butt's getting kicked," I said.

"Never!" said Victor.

"Okay then," said Mim. "We'll fight for them."

"Deal," said Victor.

I started the fight by giving my enemy a swift kick in the chest. Victor then tried to punch me, but I dodged the attack. Mighty Mimble then claws Victor in the arm before kicking him in the balls. I shot my gun at him, then punched him in the face.

"Come on, sis!" said Alex. "Get us out of here!"

"Just hang on to your jockey shorts, now will you?" I asked as I kicked Victor in the stomach.

"Yeah," said Mimble as she claws Victor's leg. "We're busy fighting Victor right now." She then punched Victor in the back.

"I'm not trying to rush you," said Alex. "Just keep doing what you're doing."

"You got it, bro," I said as I shot my gun at Victor.

The battle continued. Victor tries to kick Mimble, but she dodged the attack and punched him in the chest. I then threw a lightning bolt at Victor, and it knocked him out.

"Nailed it," I said.

"Alright!" said Alex.

"You did it!" said Dad.

"Way to go!" said Mom.

"We knew you could do it!" said Alex.

"Thanks," I said. "Now let's get you guys off those tables."

Mimble and I then went over to the tables Alex, Mom, and Dad were on, and undid the straps. They were glad to be off those tables. Dad then looked at Victor.

"Man, that guy could use some ice," he said. "Anyway, I say that we get out of here."

"Right," I said. "Let's go."

We then exited the lab, got into the Lightning Mobile, and drove back home before Victor got up and looked at the tables. Boy was he mad. He then decided to kidnap the mayor so he can be in charge of the city. And that's what he did.
