It was cold...
Walking through the cold streets of Musutafu, Japan, you hugged yourself trying to keep warm. It was dark and cloudy out tonight, the streets empty, only the lights from stores that were still open shining bright.
"Why'd they send ME out of all people on this mission, yea just take up my time, I better get paid triple for this shit".
Cursing to yourself, you continued your walk. "Where the hell am I supposed to find these damn villains anyways"
It made no sense, no sense at all. Would Hawks really do that ?
"What if he-"
Passing a dark alley, you cut yourself off hearing an unfamiliar sound. Slowly turning your head to look at the alley, you didn't see anything.
"The hell-"
Slowly walking towards the alley, you made sure not to make any extra noise that can cause or attract attention. Looking around you noticed there was nothing there but old scrap boxes and newspapers.
Sighing to yourself, you turned back around to leave the alley when you heard the boxes move causing you to stop in your tracks but not turn around.
"Alright, if you're there please don't waste my precious time. I'm literally starving right now so just show yourself, I don't have time to put up with anyones bullshit"
A moment later a knife was thrown towards your head but you slightly leaned your head to the side dodging it.
"God fucking shit I missed, Oh well I can always try again" a voice beamed from behind you. Turning around you saw a girl with two buns with a huge smile on her face.
