Lexie's pov

As I'm walking out of there I hear someone running behind me. Scaring the shit outta me so I walk a little faster.

??: "aye lexie"

I turn around and felt relief once I saw who it was shit thought I was about to get kidnapped

Lex: "damn give me a heart attack why don't ya"
Dej: "sorry, um I can give you a ride to ur house if you want, I js got off"
Lex: "how do ik ur not gunna kidnap me I mean no complaints if you do but yk gotta be cautious"
Dej: "nah can't even if I wanted to, so whatcha say?"
Lex: "okay but I got a knife in here if u try anything" I said lying
Dej: "okay c'mon" he rolls his eyes while smiling

I start to follow him to his car and it's fucking nice

Lex: "oh You rich?" I said looking impressed
Dej: "nah being doctor pays well tho, I gotta go change I usually do after I'm done with work I'll be back give me 10 minutes"
Lex: "alright"

He gets out the car heading back into the hospital, I just look around admiring his car, damn I didn't realize how much his windows are tinted, we all know why that is😏.

I then see him come running out with his dr clothes still on, thought he was changing. He opens the door and gets in.

Dej: "alright someone's taking forever in the damn bathroom so can I change at ur house? If that's okay"
Lex: "uh yeah it's fine"
Dej: "you want aux or u good to listen to whatever"
Lex: "you get aux"
Dej: "ight"

He connects his phone to the cord and Jhenè Aiko comes on and I look at him in surprise, I may not remember somethings but my favorite music I fosholy do.

Lex: "I fuckin love this song, I'm surprised you listen to her"
Dej: "why? She's fine and she make good music"
Lex: "agreed"

•20 minutes later•

Dej: "alright this should be it"
Lex: "damn I'm living pretty good"

He laughs, is fuckin smile is perfection
