Lex: "where the hell are we at, looks fucking empty out here"

We've been on the road for about an hour, we went got Panda Express because that was what she wanted and now we're on our way to, the best place to get decorations and costumes. I go here every year I have been since I was a youngin.

Ray: "to the store"
Lex: "why we going to one in a different city, there a Halloween store next to the mall"
Ray: "this one has better cheaper stuff"
Lex: "alright" she shrugs

Little does she know she'll be scared the whole time we'll be in there😏

Lex: "why tf you smirking for? Ray you betta not be on no fuck shit"
Ray: "hmm? Why you say dat?"
Lex: "because you was smirking, and all I said was alright. You better not do some fuck shit ray Ian playin witchu"
Ray: "yea yea you'll be fine...well you'll come out alive"

Another hour later

I pulled into the parking lot of a store that's had some people here I can tell by the cars.

Lex: "what the fuck is thaa- ray, ray you kidding right?"
Ray: "no c'mon we're here"
Lex: "nuh uh going in there" she said pointing at the very decorated store that almost looks like an abandoned hospital "that's for white folk- ray Thas white people shit"
Ray: "no it not, I come here every year for Halloween"
Lex: "you go in there nd lemme kno if you see some black folks in there and If there is I'll gladly go. If not you doin the shoppin"
Ray: "Lexi-"
Lex: "nope no fucks are given, girl why would u take me here if y'know I get scared easily?"
Ray: "I'll be here, you'll be fine. I'll tell the boss to tell the employees not to scare you"
Lex: "oh mothafucka you was tryna set me up"
Ray: "no, no I wasn't" I chuckled "that's what they do to everyone that goes in there"

She just glared at me and then looked at the store and then went on her phone and called someone

Lex: "hello?...guess what...this bitc- girl" she said then looked at me an i glared at her nodding she knows better "took me somewhere where I might die...a fucking abandoned hospital, school or some shit..KAIRI no shut up who did you say that in front of...seriously..hi asshole..no I'm not going to bye dickheads..mhm" she said as she hung up
Ray: "you ready? and was that call Necessary"
Lex: "very but whatever c'mon. We either go in now or not at all" she said getting out the car and me doing the same and we start walking to the store

She went on my side and grabbed my hand

Lex: "I hope you tell them if one of em do scared me I'll probably want my ones after they sift"
Ray: "damn take the fun out of errthang huh"
Lex: "shut up I'm fucking scared right now"
Ray: "you'll be fine lol baby I'm right here"
Lex: "still doesn't stop me from feeling what I feel right now"

She stopped as we got to the door entrance...
