Sidharth was working on something he had to do with total concentration.

His concentration was broken when there was a knock on the door,
Sana- Sidharth?

Sid- Haa, Shehnaaz?
He looked up from his files to see Shehnaaz on the door.

She came in and put his laptop and files back on the table.

Sid- Shehnaaz mai kaam kar raha tha yaar...

Sana- Tu zindagi bhar kaam karta rahega toh kya khana peena chod dega? Khana nahi khaya na ab tak? 11 baj gaye hai Sidharth.

She brought a plate for him to eat and extra food in a food tray table in case he needs it.

He looked at her serve food in the plate like she always used to. She served him the paneer taht she had made this evening and since everybody loved it, it was fought for uptil its last drop and he knew it very well.

Sid- Oye ye... Sabzi toh khatam hogayi thi na? Tune banayi thi toh sabne milke khatam kardi?

Sana- Tujhe pata hai? Actually maine vapis banayi hai, tu kya khata?

Sid- Shehnaaz... Iski zarurat nahi thi.

Sana- *smiled mildly* Haa mujhe pata hai.

He smiled back and nodded his head knowing she would still do it again if she had to.

He sneaked a little near her,
Sid- Vaise tu kya mujhe bol rahi hai, tune kaha khana khaya hai?

She quickly looked up from the plate she was serving in reflex, she looked at him confused.

Sid- *chuckles* Aise kya dekh rahi hai, Mujhe kaise pata ye soch rahi hai? Sirf tu hi mere khane peene ka dhyan rakh sakti hai, mai nahi? Tu alag thodi hai mere se.

She smiled and kept mum as she continued serving him food.

He kept looking at her as she finished her serving,

Sid- Mujhe na kabhi kabhi samajh nahi aata, vaise toh humara pura din ek dusre se jhagadne mai chala jaata hai, tu aisa hai, tu vaisa hai, tune ye kiya tha, I hate you, I regret this, yahi sab aur jab tujhe pata chala ki maine khana skip kiya hai toh tu khud mere liye khana bana ke le aayi.
Jab tujhe pata chala ki mere pair pe vase gira hai toh tu daudi chali aayi. *laughs* Kyu Shehnaaz?
Ye itne saalo baad bhi hum aise kyu hai?

Sana- Sidharth, I... I dont have an answer to that.
She was caught in shock.

Sid- Nahi, actually sawal puch hi nahi raha tha mai, I was just wondering. Kyuki iska answer to mere paas bhi nahi hai.
Uss din jab tujhe allergic reaction hue the? It lasted for something like 15 minutes literally parr nere liye woh 15 ghante lamba tha. Meri jaan nikal gayi thi tujhe vaha khaste dekhke. Bilkul soch bhi nahi paa raha tha mai. I wish I had answers for this.

Sana took a huge breath as she tried to make sense of all that he said.

She decided to let it go this time and focus on food.
