After the events of the blip taken place, the worst thing you could've possibly imagine happened to everyone including you. Your husband Sam disappeared, for five long agonizing years. It was a hard time for everyone, not knowing what happened to the people, their loved ones. It remained one big mystery on where they went. Did they die? There wasn't not a single person that could've answered that question. Still it always lingered on your mind during those five years. What happened to Sam? The whole thing devastated you. Not knowing if he's possibly alive or dead. It was that question that was slowly driving you insane. You knew at that moment, you had to let go. Let go of that question because it'll only hurt you time from time. And you did let go of that question lingering at the back of your head. That didn't mean you let go of Sam or if you moved on. You couldn't. No one could fully move on with what happened to the ones who were blipped, and that's something we people can all relate to.
It was when you first moved into Louisiana ten years ago when you met your best friend Sarah. It wasn't until two years after when you met Sam. Sure you heard about him, but what you didn't knew is he was the love of your life. Everything suddenly just clicked when you met him. You knew it was him that you wanted to spend the rest of your life with, and so did he. Sam eventually proposed and the two of you got married.
The first year of year marriage went perfect. You shared a home, Sam was always in town and you lived close to your now sister in law Sarah. Things got a little complicated after that one year. Sam met captain America while he was in Washington, it made his stay there a little longer then he intended. He of course returned after many apologies but that wasn't the last complicated thing that happened. You wish. Sam was back in Louisiana again for two years and everything went smoothly, so smoothly that the two of you even talked about having a family of your own one day. While he stayed in Louisiana during those two years, Sam still helped Steve with his long lost friend. He would often stay up late nights on making phone calls and searching where Steve's long lost friend would be. You couldn't help but grow some attachment to this entire mission Sam had and you even stayed up some nights as well trying to help Sam find this guy called 'The winter soldier'.
Long story short after those two years. Sam went to various amounts of countries including: Nigeria, New York, Austria and Germany helping the avengers since he was now a part of them. He loved his new 'job' and you couldn't help but be happy for him. It's just was a minus point when you wouldn't see him as often and the job was very unpredictable.
