______________

The days were lonely without him. After Loki's death Amora felt no need to step out of her room, the last couple of months she shed even more tears than she did in her entire life, but now when she thought it would be impossible. The tears weren't gliding down her cheeks anymore.

Thor came by at least twice a day to ask if she needed anything but she denied his requests, as Frigga she sat by her the entire day when she heard he died. Even though it was just as hard for her, she stood by her side the entire time.

It was throughout the days where tiredness consumed her and the nights where she was completely restless. Uncountable thoughts of memories flashed through her mind when her and Loki shared since the day they've met each other. And the next day Frigga and Thor would look at her with sympathy when seeing the horrible state she were in. The swollen eyes gave it away mostly.

- Three months after Loki's death.

"Amora?" Thor softly knocked on her open door. Her head shot up from Loki's diary Frigga gave to her. She told her that he would've wanted her to have it, that was the only way she would've accepted it.

Her back and head were both leaning on Loki's bedframe while her knees where curled up close to her upper body. She closed his diary what leaned against her thighs and placed in right next to her nightstand.

Thor would often find her in Loki's room. He never questioned it, but he figured an answer in his head.

"Hey." Amora forced a smile at him. Thor walked his way towards the bed and began to seat himself next to her in the same position except that his legs were straight ahead of him. The cold breeze made the soft bounce of her hair blow. The sun was at dawn and the only thing she perceived was the chippers of birds. Everything surrounding her looked at ease, but she wasn't.

It broke Thor seeing her after three months in a motionless sad state. When he observed her, it was like nothing changed when he first told her the news about him. No improvement no acceptance, not anything.

"Talk to me, Amora. Please, you can't do this alone you know it." Thor sounded genuinely concerned. Not once did he avert his eyes away from hers when he came in.

She began to fidget with her own fingers trying to find the right words. "It's like when I want to stand up, grief consumes me again." Amora began to stare in front of her sensing the tears forming her eyes. "It feels like a never ending cycle and I—" She stopped talking for a second feeling the urging lump in her throat getting bigger.
