Trial

"Ngayon ay nandito tayo sa labas ng supreme court upang masaksihan ang paglilitis para kay Angela Jackson na isa sa dating may ari ng Jackson Corp. Siya ay sumasailalim sa mga kasong Murder, Assault, Drugs atbp. Muli ako si Katelyn Castellan. NTV!"

Papasok pa lang sa supreme court ay madami na ang mga reporter na nakaabang sa amin. Martes ngayon at nag take ako ng leave para sa trial ni Papa.

"Ma'am ano pong masasabi niyo sa mga sinasabing gusto niyo lang ng pera at walang katotohanan ang lahat?"

"Ma'am talaga bang si hindi kayo Nurse ng dating CEO ng Jackson Corp?"

"Kayo po ba ay may relasyon ng kasulukuyang CEO?"

Ayan lang ang mga naintindihan ko na tanong ng reporter dahil lahat ay patungkol sa akin.

Prosecutor Kath step forwards and push the reporter.

"My clients will not answer all your questions." Humarap siya sa amin.

We sat on the chairs in front. I saw Bethany with Adriel and Mr. Jackson at the back.

Angela enter on the court with the police holding her cuffed hand. She look so stressed, powerless, and hopeless. Her eyes is so swollen because of her non stop crying.

Kurt look at her mother in pity, The man beside Kurt is crying while looking at Angela.

"Mom..." Kurt said

Hindi ko maramdaman ang ma awa. Umahon ang matinding galit sa dibdib ko.

Dumating ang judge, Someone announced 'All rise.' so we all stood up. The judge just nodded and sat first before she signaled us to sit.

After she ought, the trial begins.

Prosecutor Kath is talking to the witness.

"Where were you when Weston was killed that time?" Her stoic face look so scary.

"I am with my friends near the club. Lumabas ako para manigarilyo when I saw men holding mens baseball bat walking towards Weston Castellan." Naiyak ako sa sinabi nito.

Prosecutor nodded and point at the TV. The screen flash the CCTV of that bar. The witness is walking outside just fine. He is smoking and then he look at the side. His eyes widen at his left side. Hindi na abot sa CCTV ang nakita niya.

Sobrang hirap at sakit pala ng mga pinagdaanan mo, Papa.

"Do you know who is their mastermind? Or the one that ask them to kill Weston Castellan?"

"Yes, I am looking at them while hiding at a tree when I heard someone talking. He said, Yes Ma'am Angela."

Tumayo sa gitna si Prosecutor sa gitna at tumingin sa judge.

"I'm done your honor." She said seriously, The judge nodded and look at Angela's Defense Attorney.

"Attorney, Are you gonna cross examine?" Tumayo ang babae at tumingin sa amin bago tumango. Humarap siya sa witness.

"You are on the club that time, Am I right?" The witness nodded.

"You are on the club that time so you are drunk!" Umingay sa buong courtroom at lahat ay nag bulungan.

"Objection your Honor! She is leading the witness to her assumption! I just showed you the evidence that he is not drunk that time!" Tumayo si Prosecutor at tinuro pa ang attorney.
