They now stand in the forest, awaiting Potter. Lucius holds his arm around Salem as the other death eaters around them talk while waiting.

"There's no sign of him, my lord." A death eater speaks as Voldemort peers through the fog, looking for the boy. "I thought he would come." Voldemort quietly says as Lucius and Salem, stay to the side and off his radar.

"Look," Salem whispers to Lucius and everybody sees the boy step through the trees and in front of them. "Harry? No. What are you doing here?" Hagrid says as he remains tied up. "Harry Potter. The boy who lived, come to die." The dark lord speaks.

"A miracle would be nice." Salem silently prays to the gods.

Lucius covers her eyes and pulls Salem's head into his chest as The dark lord's words ring out.

"Avada Kedavra!" He croaks and a blast of green light surges through the forest, knocking everyone down.

The blast discombobulated everyone as they stood up. Salem could now hear a ringing in her ears while Lucius attempted to readjust the dizziness that he now felt.

"The boy, is he dead?" Bellatrix asks as Narcissa begins walking towards the boy. Narcissa crouches down beside the boy for a few seconds before standing up and facing them all again.

"Dead." She speaks as cheers and laughs erupt from everyone except Salem and Lucius. They knew that this was the end. The dark lord would now reign over the wizarding world and anyone that isn't a pureblood was in terrible danger.

"It'll be okay. It's not the end." Lucius attempts to reassure her as they all begin walking up to the castle. "Lucy, it's over." She says, unable to cry anymore.

There was no way to comfort the other person right now. They were both so numb with pain that they didn't speak on the way back up to the castle. He held her hand as they let their own separate thoughts fill their mind. By morning, the killing of muggle-borns and half-bloods would begin and their lives would be flipped upside down.

"Who's that that Hagrids Carrying?" A student asks, fear in her voice.

"Harry Potter....Is dead!" Voldemort yells as screams erupt in the courtyard. As people cried, panicked, and mourned their dead, he laughed at them as if they were nothing. All of the students, including Draco, had a numb and pained expression across their faces.

They all thought that he could save them but it was time to face the reality.

He was tired of fighting and so were they.

"From this day forward, you put your faith in me," he says while Lucius holds Salem close.

"Harry Potter is dead!" He says again as laughs erupt from around the two death eaters that had no reason to laugh. "And now is the time to declare yourself. Come forward and join us..... Or die." He instructs the petrified students that stood on the stairs of their ruined school.

A few of them cross over as the rest, hesitantly stand their ground.

"Draco.... Draco." Lucius says as he holds out his hand for his son who was across the courtyard. "Draco." Narcissa softly calls out to her son. He waits for another second before finally crossing over to his mother. Narcissa and Lucius give each other a quick nod of understanding before Narcissa leaves, holding Draco's hand.

A student then steps up, covered in dirt and blood from the fight. He held the sorting hat in hand and limped as he walked towards them.

"And what is your name?" Voldemort asks. "N-Neville Longbottom." The boy says as laughs erupt from the crowd of death eaters.
