Sunhee's POV

You see, this is how I usually start my day;

After I take a shower I blow dry my hair at exactly 185 degrees celsius. It can't be lower or higher. My personal hairstylist said so and she knows my hair better than anyone. As I do so I listen to the latest episode of my favorite podcast

"Heads up gorgeous and have a fun day!" the speaker in the podcast motivated and that was my queue to head downstairs.

"Good morning ma'am. Here's your breakfast" my housemaid spoke with a smile as I sat down at the dining area.

I gave a small smile as a response and started to dig in.

"You look lovely today Miss Sunhee." My butler bowed.

"I shall now announce a few things for you." He cleared his throat.

"First, I'd like to say good luck on your second school semester. Second, your piano classes will resume tomorrow right after school"

I gasped lightly "right. I almost forgot"

"Lastly, your father has left for a business trip. He won't be back 'til next month"

I paused at that. He left again?

"Did he at least attend the PTA meeting yesterday?"

"Sadly he didn't. Instead, I attended on his behalf. He did buy you a new violin to make it up to his absence"

I scoffed at that.

"How nice," I said sarcastically

It's no surprise that my father isn't around. He's always busy. He's never at home and what he does for me to not hold any grudges is giving me gifts now and then.

It was okay at first, but I got sick of his meaningless gifts.

-

I walked through our school hallways and saw the students hugging their friends after their time apart during our semestral break

Must be nice, I thought.

"Hey, isn't that sunhee? isn't she like untouchable?"

"Here comes the top-notch of our school. Give her way!"

"I wonder what shampoo she's using. Her hair looks so healthy"

"Probably rich shampoo" they laughed

Chatterings were heard here and there and I just shrugged at every one of them. I'm used to it.

They all look at me so highly and I find it ridiculous. If it wasn't for my father publicly announcing at school that I study here then I would have had my school days in peace.

I'm pretty sure everyone knows my father is the CEO of Lee Corporation and that is probably why I have no friends.

Everyone is somehow so scared of me.

I was about to enter class until I heard people chatting from afar. I halt and listened

"I-I have something to tell you" a girl spoke nervously

"I'm listening" the tall guy with black hair responded as he had his hands in his pockets

"I-I like you!" she confessed before covering her face with her hands in embarrassment
