Sunhee's POV

I pressed the keys of the piano as soothing music surrounded the room.

I closed my eyes and allowed myself to get lost at the moment as I played the piano gracefully.

"Very good, you're doing better than last time" My mentor spoke once I finished the piece.

"Thank you" I expressed my gratitude.

"Does your father know you play this well?"

"I wish he would. He hasn't heard me play before"

"That's a shame. I hope that day comes"

I hope for that day too but I know too well that the chance is slim.

After my piano classes, I proceeded to do my homework. Exams are coming up and so I had to prepare.

As I was concentrating, my phone chimed.

are you going to the festival tonight?

Right, the famous festival that's held by our school.

Every year a festival is held by our school in one of the biggest parks in town. Everyone would attend. Even teachers would too. It was that enjoyable.

I rarely attended the well-known festivals for obvious reasons, so just like last year, and the year before, I never gave it any thought

After an hour of homework, I felt my body stiffen so I decided to do a little stretch. I looked at the work I've done so far and agreed on ending here and continuing the rest some other time.

Exiting my study room, I was greeted by my housemaid.

"Good evening ma'am. I've just finished folding the laundry" she informed but I didn't respond, not getting her point.

"I came across a man's shirt. I've never seen the shirt before so I wanted to give it to you personally" she explained before handing me a blue shirt which was i recognized. 

Then the realization hit me. I haven't returned his shirt yet.

I reached for the shirt and thanked her before grabbing my phone.
