Third-person POV

. a little while back .

It is currently 3:30 and Sunghoon was having a dilemma on what outfit to wear.

The man knew it was just a normal day out but he wanted to look neat, plus Berry's going, he thought.

"I'll just go with a blazer" The man finally decided and hurriedly prepared as he didn't want the girl to wait.

On his car and ready to go, he opened his phone to send Berry a message but instead paused when he saw a name.

sora
4 messages

The man furrowed his brows before clicking on the message.

sora
sunghoon..
i need you.
sunghoon?
should i call jake? u're not answering

The man felt his heart raise at the sudden text from his little sister. Knowing his sister, she does not usually text him.

He asked for the address and in less than a minute, she replied. Without any second thought, he drove.

-

Sunghoon drove as fast as he can while many thoughts came to mind. What could have happened? Did someone hurt her? The man couldn't help but think this way.

But when he arrived there he realized it was none of those he thought it would be. The situation was unexpected.

"So you called me all the way here because this guy won't give you your food?"

"Yes," Sora clicked on her tongue as she glared at the cashier guy.

Sunghoon chuckled. It reminded him of a certain someone.

"Excuse me, sir. I would like to ask you to please serve my sister her food"

"Sorry, can't do that"

"Because?"

"Your dear sister here has been asking for Crème Brûlée but we're out of it. The stubborn person that she is won't accept that"

Sunghoon hears Sora scoff, "That's because you're lying! I've been a regular customer in this bakery but suddenly you wouldn't want to serve me my regular"

"I just said, we're out of Crème Brûlée"

"You're full of shit-"

"Hey" Sunghoon warned before holding Sora's wrist and pulling her behind him. As if he were to protect the poor kid who just wanted her dessert.

"Sorry for bothering you, have a great day" Sunghoon made his way out, bringing his sister along.

Before they stepped out, Sunghoon halt and looked back at the cashier

"Oh and Sir, you should try hiding that Crème Brûlée better next time"

The cashier guy's smile faltered as he looked away.
