A/N: I'm doing a special POV this chapter. This happens sometime in the first week of October.
Aubrey POV:
"Okay Aubrey, pick a song to freestyle to," Miss Linda says. I hurry over to her phone and pick Rainbow by Kacey Musgraves.

When I finish, Danielle, Ella, and Lisa are clapping. I smile. I love ballet for two major reasons: 1) because I enjoy it and, 2) because of the friends in my class. Ella and Lisa are still in 8th grade, but me and Danielle are in 9th.
For our school district, middle school starts at 5th and ends at 8th while the high school begin at 9th and ends at 12th.
"I have a small surprise for you today," Miss Linda says. There is a small smile on her face as she reads a text that she just got. Then, suddenly Coach Scott, the football coach of River Creek, walked in.
"The boys are here," he announces and right on cue, some of the boys on our football team come in. I've only ever seen them during cheer practice when they used the field. I know Silas, who is my science partner this year and is a wide receiver, and Connor the school's star quarterback.
"Hey Bree," Silas calls. I nod a hello in his direction.
"I thought her name was Aubrey," Jake, the center, says.
"It is," Silas says. "But her friends and family get to call her Bree. Right, Bree?" I nod. This situation is getting very awkward.
"My football team has been, well, lacking this year," Coach Scott says, pulling the attention away from me. I let out a breathe I didn't know I was holding. "We were hoping you could help them."
He then divided the twelve players in the room into four teams. The first team had two players I don't know and Jake. Ella was going to help them with shifting bodyweight.
The second team had Silas and another guy. Danielle was helping them to jump higher.
The third team had three guys who needed help with something that I didn't understand but Lisa was helping them. All three teams went to other rooms in the studio. Now the only people here were me, Coach Scott, Miss Linda, and Connor.
"Connor is losing his muscle strength and you are the only one advanced enough to start lifts, so the two of you are working on that for a while," Miss Linda announces. And with that, the adults leave the room. Bye-bye comfort, hello awkward.
"So, how do lifts work?" Connor asks.
"I don't know," I shrug. We decide to watch a tutorial.
Watching the video will help understand some parts of the chapter but its optional
"Lets try the split over first," Connor suggests.
"Sure, but just try not to drop me," I say.
"No promises," he chuckles. I undo my en pointe shoes and put on training ballet shoes. Practicing gets awkward real soon, mostly because of the hand positioning.
Miss Linda suggests that we should do trust falls first. I grab a chair from the waiting room and stand on it. Honestly, I know he's gonna catch. I mean, no matter how many times people do this, the other always catches them, so I don't exactly see the point.
After a few trust falls we try again. This time it's less awkward. I actually feel good when we plié at the end.
We do the drape next. My background in gymnastics helps with this one. By the time we get it right, it's 6:30. My class usually ends at 6. I go to the hallway to find that the other studios are empty.
"They left a few minutes back," June, the custodian says. I quickly put both my ballet shoes in my bag and slip on my sneakers.
"Need a ride?" Connor asks. He's standing in front of his Lamborghini Gallardo. Only two people that I know own a car like that. Connor's is black while Belle's mom's is orange.
"No, my brother's coming to pick me up," I texted Luca a few minutes back.
"You're Luca's younger sister right?" Connor asks. I nod. Just then Luca's car pulls up. I utter a quick "bye" to Connor before climbing into my brother's car.
"What is Connor doing here? And, better yet, what are you doing talking to him?" Luca bombards me with questions. I roll my eyes.
"The football team is lacking and my ballet class is helping them. I got partnered with Connor to do lifts." I explain.
"Oh," Luca says.
When we get home I hurry up to my room to get changed. I decorated my room so that it has purple almost everywhere. I look around and see something on my bed. More like someone.
"Lols, what are you doing here?" I ask my twin.
"I got bored," Lolli shrugs. I would have believed her if she hadn't been nervously biting her lip. "What happened?" I ask, sitting next to her.
"Theo," she replies.
"Oh my gosh, what did he do?" I exclaim. "Did he dump you, cheat on you, or-"
"He asked me to be his girlfriend," she interrupts me. I almost laugh. I was so scared about what had happened I hadn't even thought that it might have been a good thing.
"What did you say?" I ask.
"Yes," she whispers.
"Omg, you have a boyfriend!" I exclaim. Lolli shushes me.
"I haven't told anyone yet," my twin admits. I roll my eyes, but before I can reply, Luca bursts into the door.
"Lolli, you have a boyfriend?" our older brother sounds surprised. "Who would have thought that the youngest sibling would start dating first?" As he says this, Lolli groans.
"What were sitting with your ears pressed against the door?" I ask. Luca sheepishly nods. Lolli's mouth hangs open. I roll my eyes at our eavesdropping brother.
"You are the most annoying person ever!" Lolli exclaims. If you lived in my house and saw my siblings talking to each other then you would think that they are friends and not related. I throw a purple colored plush pillow at Luca. He chuckles and leaves my room. Then I slowly turn to Lols.
"Details. NOW." I say. She giggles.
*****
"Wow, that is so romantic!" I exclaim. Lolli smiles. She just finished telling me how it all happened.
"So?" My twin asks.
"So, what?" I'm confused.
"When are you getting a boyfriend?" she asks.
"Oh please, people just watch me from far away. No one has ever had the courage to approach me," I state.
"Well, I'm waiting for someone to get that courage," Lolli wiggles her eyebrows. I roll my eyes and groan. Lolli giggles. Seriously, its the only way she can laugh.
If someone ever does get the courage, then Luca will probably have their head.

A/N: This chapter was intense. More foreshadowing happened in this chapter and its getting pretty obvious.
