Aubrey POV:

"Bye Jackson," I say.

"Bye Aubrey," he replies before he gets into his dad's SUV and drives away. School ended about five minutes ago, and now my weekend awaits me.

I take a quick bath as soon as I get home and I open my phone. I go through random TikToks for a bit before Lolli comes hopping in. Literally.

"Guess what?" Lolli asks.

"What?" I ask.

"Well, Miss Garcia thinks I'm good enough to have my art displayed in a showcase over the summer," Lols exclaims. "Its going to be in a really big museum with a bunch of other kids. And, its going to be held in Pittsburgh." she says.

"Cool," I say, faking enthusiasm.

"Guys its dinner time," Luca yells from downstairs. We hurry down and take a seat at the dinner table.

"I told you to get the, not yell for them," My mom chides. "Even I could have done that." Mom shakes her head and starts setting the table. Luca just shrugs.

"So, did Lolli tell you yet?" Dad asks at the end of dinner when mom is washing the dishes.

"Yeah," I say.

"Aren't you happy for your sister?" Mom asks. "I'm so happy for her, you should be too. Its the greatest achievement that any of you kids have had this year." she tells me and that is the last freaking straw.

Lolli POV:

Aubrey's eyes are filled with rage and I sense a storm coming. Which is an irony, since there is a thunderstorm going on right now.

Bree gets up and starts walking up to her room.

"Aren't you going to congratulate your sister?" Dad asks.

"No," she hisses.

"Excuse me, young lady, what did you just say?" Mom asks. Bree rolls her eyes in mom and dad's faces.

"What about what I wanted to do over the summer?" she asks. What? I didn't know that she had something.

"Well, there is always next time," Dad says.

"Yes, and Lolli has a once in a lifetime opportunity," Mom says.

"Well, the opportunity that Cindy gave me almost never happens in a lifetime,"  Bree says.

"Wait, Cindy, as in Cindy Martinez?" Luca asks. Bree nods. I feel like I've heard that name before.

"I saw you talking to her but I didn't think it was anything serious," Luca says. And then it strikes me. Cindy Martinez was one of the biggest modeling contractors in America.

"She wants me in her summer workshop for teens this year," Bree says.

"You mean on the cruise and everything?" I ask. My twin nods. I gasp. Its almost impossible to get into the workshop without being from a wealthy and well known family. Teenagers work for this for all their lives and get rejected at the auditions.

"Too bad Aubrey," Mom says. "You'll be going with with us to Pittsburgh, not LA. That way you can support your sister." Something in my sister snaps as Mom says this.

"Oh, what, so you want me throw away my entire life for Lolli?" Bree snaps and I flinch.

"Don't talk to your mom like that. You can go on your own if you want, but we won't be there and won't pay for the airplane or cruise ticket, so you're coming with us." Dad says.
