--Ellie's POV--

"Hey Ellie?" I was spaced out as Kat began to talk to me.
"Shit, yeah what's up?"
"Give me your arm." She held her hand out as I put my arm on the table.
"Is this gonna hurt?"
"Only a little." She said as she pulled out her ink and needle, beginning to tattooing my arm. The arm with the bite mark but she just knew it as a chemical burn, since thats what I said it was.
It went silent.
"Can I ask what the moth means?" She said, taking my focus away from the pain of the needle.
"It's for some close friends of mine." I meant Logan and Joel, even after everything that happened. They'll always be special to me, even if they aren't in my life as much, or at all, anymore.
"What happened to them?"
"We just, grew apart, I guess." I didn't want to get into it, I just met Kat. I don't even know if I like her. Well I like her, but it's too soon.
"This happen a long time ago?"
"Actually no, it was recent."
"Oohh. Wanna talk about it?" When she asked that I looked into her eyes, and realized that I did like her.
"Well, let's just say, someone who was really close to me, lied about something for years, and my boyfriend at the time, got close to him too. I mean I wanted them to get close, but it was overwhelming. So i cut ties with both of them."
She wiped away the extra ink from my arm, finishing the outline of the moth.
"There." She sighed.
"Thats it?" I thought it would talk longer.
"Well you have to do it part by part. Let each tattoo heal by itself."
"Ah, i see." Explaining it to Kat made me think about Logan a lot, and Joel. But it was kind of annoying how she ignored it. She didn't even bring it up for the rest of the day.

Logan would always talk about it.

Fuck, I can't stop thinking of him.

Was breaking up with him a good idea?
