"So, what's everyone's plans after graduation?"

Iwaizumi curiously asks the other third years, digging into his food.

"Sadly, I have another year AND have to deal with Yahaba and Kyō's antics. Can you believe that?"

I complain, Makki laughing at my torture, as well as the other third years.

"Hey, you'll have me here, pretty girl. I'll probably look for a job here."

Issei states, slinging his arm around my shoulder.

"And me! I'll look for a job with you Mattsun, then we could work together!"

Makki happily states and I find myself mentally praying for their future boss, who the duo will definitely  drive crazy.

"About that... guess who's gonna be a pro athlete!"

Oikawa yells, stealing the spotlight and bringing smiles to our faces.

"Yes best friend! For what team?"

I ask him, leaning more into Issei's touch while playing around with my breakfast food.

"For Club Atlético San Juan, in Argentina!"

The setter proudly states, all of us screaming in excitement for our best friend.

"Dude, that's insane! Iwaizumi, won't you be international too?"

Makki curiously asks the setter's boyfriend who nods, also smiling.

"Yeah, I commited to UCAL-Berkeley today!"

Everyone cheers in excitement until stopping, realizing that next year, the five of us won't even be in the same country anymore.

"Hey, no matter where we all end up, promise to keep in touch, alright?"

Oikawa begs, the group instantly agreeing, extending their pinkies out to the setter.

"Promise."

Akira laughs at the meme I show him, then shoves his phone in my face. I give him a disgusted look and he dramatically sighs, putting his phone away.

"Don't hate me, that fox from Zootopia is hot."

He states plainly, and I continue to give him a grossed out look.

"Fine, I concede. Did you decide your plan for next year?"

The boy asks me, eagerly waiting for my response.

"Yeah. I'll do third year here, then apply for some schools in the states. Right now, my top two are UCLA and NYU. That could change though, depending on how I feel about long distance."

I state honestly, giggling when the first year sighs in relief.

"Thank god! I thought you were going to leave me with Kyōtani and Yahaba! They're psychotic, I would've died!"

The young boy dramatically states, his truthful words causing me to let out a chuckle.

"Hey, we'll deal with them together. Then, you and the boys can come visit me in the states! It'll be so fun, trust me!"

I say to the boy, the two of us beginning to plan an elaborate trip we both know won't happen. Lost in conversation, we talk our lunch period away, hardly noticing when the bell rings.
