Carlos POV
"Man, she took a chunk out of me!" I grumble as me and Jay head back to our dorm. He scoffs.
"Please, she only nipped you, bit at best. You'll be fine."
"Easy for you to say! I have homework to finish!"
"Relax, the feeling should be back in your hand by dinnertime. Until then–" He stops. I follow his gaze to see– Woah.
Sitting at our door was a basket.
"What do you think– hey!" Jay pulls me back.
"I will check it. It could be a trap." He says for me to roll my eyes. He kneels down and looks in it before looking at me, shocked.
"It's chocolate." He says for me to go over. I pick it up and we head into our room. Dumping the contents on my bed, we see the person had left us all our favorites. Nutella, chocolate nutty things, chocolate pebbles, chocolate bars, more chocolate bars, just a whole assortment.
"Dude, who left this stuff?" Jay questions fore Dude to start coming over.
"No Dude! Not for dogs." I says for him to stop and lay down. I look in the basket to find a note.
Had to do this for our treatment.
-Kash cousins & Gareth
"Treatment?" I question looking at Jay, "What treatment?
"Their treatment to cure them of some disease. Don't you remember? Gareth mentioned he had a rash or something." He explains grabbing a bar and going to his bed.
"How is this gonna help them?"
"How should I know man?" He flops onto his bed and starts unwrapping the chocolate, "I just know they had to dance to nothing while they were on the bench at practice."
"I thought they were just doing some weird warm up exercises."
"No." He laughs, "Cass wrote them out a list of things they have to do before midnight or their disease becomes contagious." Cass?
"Cass made them do this?" I look back at the basket.
"Not really," He swallows, "but she did say that they couldn't question anything they were doing, and that they had to complete everything by tonight. Kinda surprised she's helping them though."
"Why ya say that?" I look at him as I sit on my bed and start putting the chocolate back into a basket.
"Cause she looked ready to kill them when I said what they did."
"She did?"
"Oh yeah!" He chuckles before swallowing, "Eyes were slits, and fangs out! I was bit scared to tell her who did it, but I wasn't gonna stop her."
"So why didn't she tear them to shreds?" I question putting the stuff back in the basket.
"I'm guessing she ran into someone who calmed her down. Course it serves them right for bullying you. I just wish this Wonderland disease would make them do 3 days worth of stupid stuff." He gets another bite. I look back at the chocolate. Wonderland disease? Hmmmmmm. . .
Evie's POV
"Die demon!" Cass yells jumping after the red dot. Mal had my lazer pointer and was playing with Cass.
"Think I should put it on the ceiling?" She questions for me to chuckle.
"Just don't run it over my head," I pause, "or my fabrics."
"Deal, just gotta make it up the wall." She pauses pointing the light to Cass's bed. The cat runs and tries to get it for it to 'climb' up the bed. I roll my eyes and go back to focusing on my work. I had started making Mal's jacket and next would be mine. Then I'd get to Jane's, Smiley's, Jemma's and then all the other girls'. I'd do Cass's last seeing as she'll want it when it's out of style.
"Nuh nuh! Nuh nuh! Nuh nuh! Dun nuh!"
"Seriously? You hear that tune once and it's suddenly your favorite?"
"I can go back to the 'Na na Na na' one." Cass says before singing, "Na na na na na na na, Cat Girl! Na na na na na na na, Cat Girl!"
"I like the other one now." I look to Mal to see her laughing.
"Well I can't play much longer. Ben will be over soon."
"You mean you have another date tonight!?" I question, shocked, "Why didn't you tell me!"
"It's not really a date." She pauses for me to relax, "We're having dinner with his parents."
"WHAT!?" I spring up, "Dinner with his parents!? That's like a huge step!"
"E, I've met them before." She argues, rolling onto her back.
"That doesn't matter! They'll want to see your etiquette. Your manners! Talk on a personal level with you! It's not small talk at a picnic! This is huge!" I rush to her and pull her up before pinning her arms and dragging her towards the bathroom.
"You're gonna shower, right now! I'll pick you out an outfit."
"E really! They said that this wouldn't be formal! I don't need-" She argues digging her feet into the carpet and trying to wiggle free.
"Yes you do! I will pick out your outfit. Now go!" I turn as we get to the bathroom door.
"But Evie-"
"Now!" I snap, pushing her in and closing the door.
"Okay, first off I need-"
"Attack!" I hear before something lands on my head.
"I need a cat sitter!"
Will Cass continue to be a nusaince? Will Evie be able to get Mal ready in time? You'll find out soon!
Okay, this one is pretty short, sorry, but next one is gonna be long.
Also, and I may be a day off or so off, but it's been 2 years without the beloved Cameron Boyce. I made a peice last year and wanted to do another one, though idk if it's as good.
Rest in peace Cameron. We miss you.
