Plan action

A few days had past and Alex and Kara were just arriving in Seattle now. They came up with a plan to get Alex back into the hospital because to them, she's dead.
"And by the way, I went by Lexie back then" Alex said to Kara
"Lexie grey, sounds nice" Kara said "but I love Alex Danvers" she continued pulling her sister in for a hug from the side.
Their plan was for Kara to pretend to be hurt, she'll make it to the trauma room and will most likely be checked on by an intern but they hoped it would be Owen or April, someone who knew Lexie and things would move on from there. They got to there hotel and stayed the night before they would go to Grey Sloan memorial hospital the next day. Kara woke up the next morning and brought back breakfast to the hotel just as Alex woke up.
"Are you ready for today?" Kara asked her
"Not at all, I feel sick, they all think I'm dead" Alex replied, shoving food in her mouth, stress eating.
The two got ready and Kara stood outside the hospital, on the phone with her sister.
"Is the hospital named after you? And Sloan- Mark Sloan?" Kara said into her phone. "Grey Sloan memorial, because you died" she continued
"Yup now just go in now" Alex said impatient "I love you, don't mess this up and don't cause a big scene"
"How encouraging" Kara said sarcastically "and it'll be kinda hard not to cause a scene when they all think you're dead"
"Just try your best, please"
"Ok ok, I'm going in now" she said opening the doors. "Bye, I love you" she continued and Alex replied the same before hanging up the phone. Alex sat in the parking lot, hiding her face in a book so no one could see her face.
Kara walked in and started acting like she was dizzy and about to fall over. A doctor Steadied her, and intern. The doctor, Jo Wilson, bright her to a patient bed before giving her a quick exam and asking her questions. Kara claimed she had a bad headache and would get dizzy sometimes, she was a good actor. Jo paged neuro, Amelia walked in.
"How are you doing today" she said in a happy voice. By now it's been almost 2 months since Derek died. "I'm Dr. Shepherd, I'll be giving you a consult" she continued and Kara just nodded
Dr. Shepherd, she must be Amelia, Derek sister. Alex told me about her. Kara thought as Amelia did her thing and she followed.
"My sister used to work here" Kara blurted out "a few years ago"
"Really? Who's your sister?" Amelia asked
"Her names Alex, or Alexandra but she goes by Alex now" Kara replied
"As in Alexandra Grey? Lexie Grey?" Amelia sounded confused
"She was born a Grey but she was adopted when she was a baby" she said
Amelia stopped what she was doing, "and you're her sister?" Amelia was really confused by now
"Well, i was adopted too, we were both adopted from different families" Kara explained "but yes she is my sister"
"She never mentioned you before" she said, trying to continue with the consult
"Well, we weren't actually talking back then" Kara said "a stupid sister fight before she left"
Amelia gasped, thinking Alex, Lexie, weren't talking when she "died" but also because she was so confused on what was happening.
"You're Amelia right? She told me about you"
"Yeah but, how could she tell you if you guys weren't talking to each other at the time"
"After she moved back, we started talking again and now we're best friends again" Kara told her
"She's-" amelia paused, "alive?"
"Yeah..." Kara said like it was obvious "we were visiting Seattle today then I wasn't feeling so well so she drove me here"
Amelias face had lost all colour, she thought Lexie, Alex, was dead.
"You seem to be alright, just dehydrated" amelia claimed, Kara was really all right, just acting. "I'll be back with discharge papers" she walked away, not getting discharge papers, completely flustered by this news about Lexie being alive.

Kinda don't like this but oh well, it's short and also boring because it's mostly dialogue🕳
