CHAPTER 23- The Final Chapter to this book

Liz's P.O.V

Our wedding day was the best. After my nightmare that I had I went to the doctor the next day after our honeymoon and I was confirmed 4 weeks pregnant.

So that's means I was pregnant before I got married. That is amazing. Mia said she's coming over today to speak to me and Luke said his going to his parents so I guess I'll have company today.

Incase you wondering Luke's parents don't really like me. I'm not sure why though.

"Hey best sister in-law." she said shouting into my house. "I hope you not going to come in here loud once this baby is born." I said laughing at her. "But of course not I'm going to come in with a noise. You than know me." she said. "I'll slap you and throw you out." u said.

"My brother will let me in." she said. "Absolutely not." Luke said standing by the stairs. "I feel offended." she said. "I'm kidding, But hey sis." he said hugging her. "Hey big bro. How's she treating you?" Mia asked.

"Like a king." he said kissing my lips. "Really? I thought I could hold her back while you run." Mia said. "Nope she's amazing." he said. "I hate you Mia." I said. "Anyway baby I'm going to head out okay?" he said.

"Sure what time will you be back?" I asked. "Just before supper time." he said. "Okay baby, drive safely please."I said. "Will do baby. I love you." he said and kissed me again. "I love you more." I said. "Bye big head." he said greeting Mia. "Bye big nose." she said. "Not evens." he said leaving.

"So you said you wanted to talk to me?" I asked. "Yeah about everything I said." she said. "Elaborate?" I said. "Since the time Luke got kidnapped and the time you guys went to the beach." she said. "Mia it's..." I said and she interrupted me.

"Can I speak first and you listen. Because I really need to get it off my chest." she said. "Go ahead." I said.

"So we both adults and I think it's time I put my brain at ease though your brother told me already you forgave me but I think I need to find that comfort in you forgiving me myself. You understand what I mean?" she asked and I nodded.

"Cool. Lizzie I've been through a lot of arguing with my mind lately. Blaming myself for your nightmare and the fact that you lost the baby." she said. "If I didn't curse you to say I hope something happens to you, you would have had a baby still. I was just angry because I didn't know where to start with searching for Luke. I was scared to lose him. Than when you both left the shop without telling us I thought I was going to be out through that again with losing my brother and my best friend. You both mean the absolute universe to me and not knowing where you guys were or the phones going straight to voicemail it scared the living lights out of me." She said.

Silence!

"I didn't know what to think. Where to start? Who to tell?I was scared. I've never been that scared before. Than again I didn't know you received those videos Liz. Elizabeth I'm sorry for everything I've said. For giving up on our friendship after finding out about your parents and than started bullying you when you needed me the most. I'm sorry for the things I've said I hope you can forgive me though I don't deserve your forgiveness." She said as tears followed from her eyes.

I didn't say anything but hugged her. Once she calmed down I pulled away.

"I forgave you long time already Mia and never ever say you don't deserve forgiveness again. Everyone is human and makes mistakes." I said. "Now wipe those tears." I said.

2 hours later.

"Let's go surprise Luke at my parents house." Mia said. "Okay." I said.

At The Parents House.

"Mom I'm happily married to Elizabeth why do I need to leave her to marry Sophia?! I don't even love Sophia!" Luke shouted from inside.

"I think this was a bad idea." Mia said. "You think." I said.

"Because Elizabeth can't care for you okay?! What mother wants her child to marry a drug dealer! Sophia is educated and have a job. She's wife material and knows how to care for a husband." his mom shouted.

"I don't care how educated Sophia is or if she is the damn president of this country. I DON'T CARE AT ALL. Elizabeth is my priority and mom can accept it or not I DON'T CARE!" Luke shouted.

"Luke! We had supper by you after you came from the honeymoon and you were cooking. What was she doing? RELAXING! DO YOU THINK THAT IS WHAT I WANT FOR YOU? NO IT ISNT. Elizabeth doesn't have A JOB FOR STARTERS! DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO COOK? DOESNT KNOW NOTHING! She could have died just like her PARENTS!

Tears were falling down my face. Mia tried to pull me away but I didn't dare move.

"ENOUGH MOM! I DONT CARE WHAT YOU THINK ANYMORE MOM! I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS NONSENSE OF YOURS! ENOUGH DO YOU HERE ME! ELIZABETH WILL STAY MY WIFE FOR AS LONG AS I AM ALIVE. THAT GIRL YOU TALKING ABOUT IS PREGNANT AND I TOLD HER,SHE WILL NOT WORK AROUND THE HOUSE UNTIL THE DAY SHE GIVES BIRTH. SHE BARES MY CHILDREN. AND EVEN AFTER SHE GIVES BIRTH,I WILL PAY BILLS,I WILL WORK TO PROVIDE ALL SHE WILL DO IS CARE FOR ME AND OUR CHILDREN. SHE'S BEEN THERE MORE TIMES TO SUPPORT ME THAN YOU HAVE EVER SUPPORTED ME. THE REASON WHY I'M A QUALIFIED LAWYER IS ALL THANKS TO HER! THAT GIRL WHOM YOU SAY IS A DRUG DEALER HAS BEEN THROUGH MORE DANGER THAN WHAT YOU CAN COUNT. IF SHE COULD SHE WOULD TAKE A BULLET FOR ME. THAT IS HOW MUCH I LOVE HER. AND WHETHER YOU ACCEPT HER AS MY WIFE OR NOT I DONT CARE. SHE'S MINE. WHETHER I HAVE TO CARE FOR HER ALONE I WILL! BUT NOBODY TALKS NONSENSE ABOUT MY WIFE AND THE MOTHER OF MY CHILDREN! NOBODY! NOT EVEN MY PARENTS IS THAT CLEAR?! NOW END OF DISCUSSION!" he shouted from inside and next I know the door to the house opened.

Luke was taken aback by the fact I just heard everything that was said and that I was outside the house with Mia.

"Luke if you dare leave and not stay to marry Sophia I will disown you as my son!" his mom said coming to the door, also taken by surprise by the fact I'm on her property. "Don't worry take me off your will as well I don't care." he said walking to me.

Mia shook her head at her mom.

"I've never been this disappointed at you in my entire life." Mia said to her mom.

Luke hugged me as I cried.
