Rocket Raccoon X Reader - Apart

Rocket's POV

Y/N, oh I love you, she was cute, pretty, she was the most beautiful woman in the universe, but now she's taken away from me. I loved it when we cuddled, her kisses, and her voice. Now she's gone, taken away from me. Those Gangsters will pay! She was alive when she was taken away, but it's been 3 Years since the last time I've been with her.

Please, wherever you are Y/N, please be safe. Me and Groot miss you so much.

"Especially me," I say as I sob on my bed.

Y/N's POV

Here I am on Xandar done with my shift today from work. I work at a coffee shop, although I hope I can get a better job someday. I miss being with my boyfriend, his tail was fluffy and adorable, his ears were cute, his whiskers twitch, which makes me giggle. I just want to be with him again, to see him again. I walk into my apartment, and set my bag down on a chair. I've been living on Xandar for years, I was with Rocket and Groot for 4 years then I was taken away by some gangsters. Though I escaped, and ran away. I managed to get a job and start living life on Xandar.

I may have started a new life, but I still desire to be with the one I love. Even though dating a raccoon is weird. Including a human, and raccoon getting together. I'm fine if it's not normal, because honestly I don't care if it's weird. I love him no matter what!

When it's nighttime and time for me to go to bed, meanwhile I sit on my bed with my covers over me.

I pray, "God, when will I see him again? Everyday I've been praying, but why do you do this to me?! Why?" I cry as I'm holding the covers as if it was Rocket comforting me.

I then pass out on my bed, dreaming and remembering things of me and Rocket.

Later...

A big black ship crashed down on Xandar. Ships were in the sky, Ravagers, the Nova Core, and a strange looking ship too! Me and a big crowd came in front of the crash. I was in the back of the crowd. I tried to look over the crowd, but I couldn't get a good view.

Then all of a sudden people gasped. What was happening?

Then I heard a voice I was longing to hear even if it was a negative or positive comment.

"You killed Groot!" I then heard a big gust of wind and a crash.

Rocket! It was Rocket! He was back! He was back! Although he's up there, a bad guy must be up there! I pushed through the crowd, slowly making my way up to the front. I heard some weird singing, which definitely was not Rocket.

Then something happened, I heard screaming and then saw a purple aura above the crowds' heads! I increased my speed, while I shoved people out of my way!

Once I was in the front. There I saw him, my boyfriend, the person I was wanting to see for 3 years! Although Rocket was walking right into the purple aura!

Then he disappeared into it, "Rocket!" I shouted.

Without thinking I quickly bolted towards the purple cloud of aura. So much wind was going on I couldn't really run in it. There I saw Rocket, holding someone's hand. He was screaming in pain.

I shouted again, "Rocket! Rocket it's me!" I said as I was pushing through the storm.

With all the strength I could muster. I flung my arm and it landed on Rocket's hand as I too screamed in pain. Right now I didn't care about the pain, all I cared about was being with the one I loved. Even if I had to go through absolute pain to do so.

Eventually, I felt power flowing through me as I held my boyfriend's hand.

"Your immortal, how?" The villain asked.
