I looked around to see the employees staring at me with worried expression. Their mouths were moving, but I couldn't hear what they were saying. I saw Mataeo beside me trying to help me up.

But then I remembered, Mataeo is a strict person, he doesn't lie.

I need to check my office. I need to see the papers. Mataeo might have been mistaken. I rushed to the huge glass door, but couldn't open it.

I looked back, "Mataeo! Why is this locked!?" I screamed, making the employees flinch. Mataeo slowly moved forward, "Miss Geller it's locked by the orders of your soon to be hus-", "DONT CALL HIM MY HUSBAND!" This time my voice echoed in the whole office. I cannot believe it. Everything is right in front of my eyes, still my heart doesn't agree. My brain is scolding me for believing that cheater! While my heart is still defending him. I took deep breaths. I wasn't crying. Tears just didn't come out. I looked at my phone to see 30 miss calls from Archer. I was furious. I let my brain take over me this time. "Mataeo call Archer, and say it's an emergency in the Geller's corp, and don't let him know I am here" I said, Mataeo hesitated a bit, but I knew he was loyal to my dad. He sighed and nodded.

The rest of the employees were sent home. I should have known. Archer Kingstone! My biggest nightmare, my bully, the reason for my miserable life would never love me. I sat on the floor in front of the office door. So all this was an act!? Everything from the start till the very end! I looked at the ring on my finger. A sudden rush of memories came back to me, our time in the pool, Archer's beach proposal, my birthday night.
